So I ordered on the app as I usually do. Because most the time I come in here theirs 1 person making sandwiches and like 2 people in the back. Anyways, I go in and a girl is helping a family make a sandwich. I wait patiently by the register to pick up my online order that wad ready. And I know the girl saw me, she looked toward me. And when she was done with the customers. She just walked away to the back to talk to another girl doing dishes. Ok? Umm.. hello? I waited patiently. I am not one who causes scenes. So I still waited until a nice gentlemen came out and asked if I needed help. He helped me right away and I was off. Literally took less than 2 min to get my sandwiches and go. Idk why she just up and ignored me when it would've took a min or 2 to get me out. And then you could've gone to chit chat with ur coworker. Management really be hiring the laziest teens. Read moreI just picked up a Sandwich for lunch 7/14/2020 @ 1pm the worker dropped the plastic sauce bottle on my open sandwich and then acted offended when i asked if she could replace the sandwich w a new one she said "its clean its clean" I asked her politely after she kept wrapping my sub. She was still going to give it to me. She went on to make me my new sandwich giving me an offended look like if I was so wrong for asking her for a new sandwich after the bottle fell on my wide open turkey sub right in front of me. Subway you can thank your worker Salomé for this review. We bought a sandwich asking for it to be lightly toasted. Instead Salomé burnt the sandwich- and when we asked for a refund or for her to remake the sandwich due to the horrible quality of the food, she refused. Not only did she refuse but she used profanity that was absolutely inexcusable from someone representing a business. If subway thinks hiring individuals like Salomé is good for their business they should think again.
