Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Riverside

This place don’t care about public safety at all. I had to wait in the drive thru line after customer has placed a order using Uber eats like 30 minutes before I arrived at this location and on top waited in the drive thru line for additional 30 minutes. I called to see if they can give me the food from the side door and me not entering into the location but no they rater have me wait in line while the customers food is getting cold when they paid full retail price but the food is dead cold. Safety of the community is more at risk when you have a drive thru driveway, if you enter into it can’t get out until you exit so if there was something that would take place in the line who’s responsible. What I think it’s fare and safe from customers and drivers if you have a online order, you should At least be able to pick up from the front door. We don’t have to enter into the restaurant plus the restaurant has the driver’s information on record so I don’t see how we can be some kind of threat. The total amount made on this trip $4.53 and the time I spent there was over 45 mins total. If this is the case I won’t pick up from this location and hopefully customers see this post and won’t place there order from...

This is my usual JitB not just because it's close but normally (at least 2x per week) the service is excellent and food is one of the better examples of what the place is supposed to represent so I keep giving them my $$ but today something was off, Walked in to the pungent and lingering familiar odor of burnt/burning bread and was looked up and down by not 1or 2 but 3 employees and not one word was said, When my order was taken it was as though I spoke in an unfamiliar language which brought on confusion on the face of said order taker But after a minute or 2, some back-and-forth garbled nonsense.My order was placed and I proceeded to wait nearly 19 minutes For my food which was a Chicken Teriyaki bowl and an egg roll and a drink. When my number was eventually called I politely asked the employee if I may have 1 sweet and sour sauce and was snapped immediately back with "it's in the bag!"... Launch the resort I could have given this place A negative rating, but I have to look at it.As though maybe everybody in the establishment was just...

The price for the shakes was wrong, when i questioned it the person told me it showed up on her computer at a higher price, and if i didn't like it i could leave.

It was worth the price i love your shakes and the tacos are the best, it was the attatude of the drive through service person. she tried to tell me it was because the tax made it $4.69 from the posted $4.49 I said that the tax on $4.49 was not 20 cents she flat out said "Do you want it or dont you" I didnt answer and the car in front of me had already pulled forward so i just pulled up and desided that I didnt want to be served by a person that would treat me like that. when the car in front of me drove on I just drove through without speaking to the attendent.

I see this as an empolyee problem not a food problem "GOOD PEOPLE ARE HAD TO FIND"
