Came here with my family for Mother’s Day, was told the wait would be about 35 minutes, waited close to an hour. We were then told there was only seating outside and not inside for our party which included my 8 month pregnant wife, 3 year old daughter and 80 year old grandmother. We were sat at the only table outside without a working fan as well. Once seated our waitress did not see us for about 15 minutes (which itself wasn’t a problem). Waitress took our order after which we did not see her again nor were we tended to by any other staff members. We waited for our food for over an hour with no explanation. We finally got up to ask the hostess what was going on and ask how much longer it might take. We were told there was a 40 minute delay on all food with no explanation as to why which we would not have been told if we didn’t go ask since again nobody came to speak to us. Nobody in the entire restaurant was being fed and staff were also incredibly rude. We spoke to others around us who all had been waiting for a similar amount of time and one couple even told us that the waitress apologized for forgetting to put their order in for over 45 minutes. We initially arrived at the restaurant at 10:40. It was now 1:00 and there was no sign of our food coming anytime soon. We asked if we could at least get our 3 year old daughter’s food because she was very hungry and were treated very rudely by the staff in return. It was getting ridiculous at this point so we did ask to speak to a manager and we were told there was not a manager present today. This was lie as we saw there was a manager present a few minutes later. Again in all of this time (over an hour at this point) not a single staff member including our waitress came to speak to us about what was taking so long. We finally made the decision to leave the restaurant since we had been there for over 2 hours at this point without being fed. I have never left a restaurant before in my life but the delays and service were just that unreasonable. The staff were not being transparent about the reasons for the delays nor did any of them bother to speak to us at any point and they were mostly very rude. We left and went across the street to iHop, were sat immediately, had food at our table within 20 or so minutes and had a lovely brunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with excellent service that made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful selection of breakfast options, and my boys were particularly impressed by the chocolate chip pancakes, which were both delicious and satisfying. Another standout dish was the avocado toast with goat cheese, a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving more. All the food items were very generously served. The only thing I wish was different is for the bread to be toasted as the bread on my toast was soft.

Read moreI usually frequent the Causeway location and have never had an issue. Decided to try the new location and have been highly disappointed. No manager on duty to help resolve and issues. Food came out cold. After waiting over 30 minutes and we were only a party of 3. There was less than a handful of tables at the time. While food had a good taste it was not enjoyable due to temperature. Server neglected to serve. Had to ask for everything needed from butter to syrup even drink refill. Hopefully with time and training service gets better. So here I am 5/6 months later and this location is still a let down. Food was cold and service was mediocre. Very much a disappointment.
