On more than one occassion ive the employees have been rude to us. We gave a tip (which we regret doing) and she didnt say thank you or look me in the eye. Then today this one employee named Julia was extremely rude with us. We recieved a burnt sub and we ordered a pepporoni onion and bacon pizza. And we got 1 very small piece of bacon on the pizza looking at a picture of it you will need to zoom in really close to find it it was that small. So apparently we got jokes now. Oh ok. Anyways when we go back to the place to get a refund she just gives us this nasty attitude the whole time. It would be similar if not the same of a teenage girl who fusses and has an attitude all the time. Thing is she looks about 30 something. Anywho she starts off by saying, "well durr durr durr um smack well its burnt because he asked for ranch, maybe if he didnt ask for it, it wouldnt be burnt". She acknowledged how the pizza had one piece of bacon on there so thats ok i guess. And theres plenty of more to say but i just want to put this negative experience in the past but word of advice. If you want more business and better reviews then fire Julia its the only solution. The rest of the employees are fine you cant blame or punish a classroom of kids for one kids actions so just fire her and this will shoot up...
Read moreOn Halloween 2022 I set up a delivery for 5 kids and 8 adults (roughly $100) at a specified time to my daughter's house. They delivered it almost an hour before the requested time. It was ice cold when everyone arrived. When I found out what happened, I called them and the shift manager apologized and said they would record the error and repeat the order FREE on a future date of our choosing. I recently tried to repeat the order and was told they could not do what they promised me. It took 3 calls to even reach someone who could find record of the order. They said nobody would have promised a delivery time on a night like Halloween (which is exactly what they did) and further nobody would have told me they would have agreed to fix the problem with a repeat free order (given the circumstances). I asked to speak to either management or ownership and was told the owner had 75 stores and didnt talk to customers and the manager wasn't going to give me a different answer. Wow... hopefully the staff at the other 74 stores were trained in...
Read moreWhat happened? Been going to this Howies most of my life and within the last year it has increasingly got worse! Every time I order on the mobile app so it is clearly wrote out what I want then I pick it up and there is always something wrong either missing something or undercooked or just a sloppy mess. this last time I bought two Italian calzones then I asked for a couple packets of mayo and they tried to charge me after I had paid with my card I figured, no problem there will be Italian dressing, I processed home and to my surprise that was not even in the box on top of both calazones being a sloppy mess and under cooked! Time to change stores and I suggest corporate finds a new manager...
