Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Update: 10/01/2022. I had given this place a really good review before. But today I will take it back. I had back surgery so I can not drive. I place an order and almost 3 hours later I call to find out where is my order. I could not get anyone on the phone it go to voice mail and it say the voice mail is full. I call the 800# and after an hour wait the same thing happens again sent to voice mail. Call again and guess what? Voice mail again but at least this time I was able to leave a actual voice mail. They still have not contacted me. But I will be able to drive again in a couple of Days and some one will have to talk to me. I will make sure of that. That is a horrible service. How could you order at 7pm and it is 10pm and your food is no where to be found. And how do I get...

I wish I can give a 0 star to this location. However, The service is horrible. I’ve called numerous times just to place a simple order. The first time experiencing this type of behavior, the woman who answered gave the excuse “we’ve had issues with our phone system I will let my manager know”. Which honestly it can happen, gave the benefit of a doubt. As we went to pick up the order the woman HERSELF at the front desk, bluntly in front of me, picks up the phone just to hang up (and I mean ALL) incoming calls. Today my husband calls, and yet again! Picks up and cuts the line. At this point I will not contact this location but I feel so horrible for the older crowed who doesn’t own a computer nor work one at all. I can’t imagine the hassle...

Not the best experience; we saw the promotion for pepperoni stuff crust (hot & ready) only to find out that we had to wait 10 minutes because they were in the process of cooking it (Sunday afternoon time). When we received the items, the toppings were not spread throughout the pie, like half of the cheese was light or non existence and the bread had air pockets, which after cooking made that area very thin. Lastly, when we got into our vehicle to check our order, the pizza wasn't a stuffed crust. They replaced it with a corrected one but it wasn't better. Employees were hospitable during the problem. I'm not sure if we'll try again since it was around 1 pm. when we arrived and spent -20 minutes to get the food, which was not...
