I come here simply out of convenience 2-3 times a week. And have been coming for a solid year. I live right across the street but I will no longer support this establishment. I rather drive to ANY OTHER location in the area. Service is awful! Food and drinks are inconsistent. I ALWAYS have to check if they’ve put bacon on my bacon topped avocado toast. And if they do, it’s always a mystery on how much they decide to put on there that day. I have endured the employees having verbal altercations while I waited at the drive thru window with my children. YES, yelling at each other and hands in each others face. I have had to return back to the store when i realize my coffee consist of mostly creamer. It gets corrected but that’s not the point. It’s happened minimum 4-5 times. The ‘coffee’ is almost white and awful in taste. Always long wait times. Often times I’m asked to back my car up and pull back forward if there are no more cars behind me. Drive thru associate have been seen on multiple occasions either talking to or arguing with a BP employee from next door that always seems to be lingering around near the window or the front entrance when I’m there around 9:15a on a weekday. (Possibly a boyfriend?) On today’s visit, the employee slammed the window open so fast it startled me. Then she shouted my total. No hello, no friendly smile. Just my total and asked what kind of donut I had ordered. I literally had avocado smeared on the outside of my box, the bag of my hash browns AND the bag with my donuts. My hash browns were cold, greasy and all stuck together and stuck to the inside of the bag. I was lucky if I was able to peel apart two whole hash browns without falling apart. When i waited to ask for napkins she seemed annoyed. Drink was dripping down my cup causing a sticky mess on my hands and cup holder. Read moreAbsolute horrible service. I'm a service technician in the Tri-County area for Miami Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach... I do a fair bit of driving and I drink a fair amount of coffee. I frequent many Dunkin Donuts locations and I've been to this one more than once. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment because up here in Riviera Beach there are a few other places that are better to get coffee at but for some reason I always stop here and I'm always disappointed. The doughnuts are never fresh in this location, the coffee is always burnt and tastes slightly off oh, the employees that work here are so unhappy to be working here that tell each other behind the counter that "they do not care how slow drive through is and they do not care how long it takes to make people's food they don't need to come here" these are actual quotes from working employees that are here right now, no name tags or I would list their actual names but the girl with the long braids that works the counter should be fired. Like I said earlier in this review there are other places in Riviera Beach to get coffee... I don't think I'll be back. Read moreI asked for 2orders of sweet black pepper bacon and they just gave me the dryest..most rubbery non seasoned bacon u could ever taste. I mean there was nothing on the bacon and it seems as if they air fried it to the point where I couldn't even chew the bacon and it was cold. This is not the first DD that has done this...I mean...who is training the employees on how to cook the things that are advertised for custome? I spent $10 on 1 glaze donut and 2 orders of bacon. I wouldn't mind if my food was correct but I mean seriously. This is the only way to try and solve it because whenever you go back and complain, u can never be to sure about what you will get next. It seems to me DD really needs to train better regarding the cooks in the back. Some franchises even say they can't heat your bacon at all because it's against the rules??? Who wants cold bacon? The couple of times I did receive the correct order which was like 5 times out of 100, those employees don't last long...it's like they get rid of the ones that know what...
