Tony’s Subs & Restaurant — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

I give more than the respect I expect from others hence the customer service matters profile name. I called tony's 20 min ahead of time today to ask about their specials. I haven't been here in almost a year, the same lady is at the front. She already seemed like she didn't want to be bothered by her tone over the phone, but I proceeded. Should've kept my money. I asked her how long would the order take? She said ten minutes, I chose to sit in my car for 15 min. I even called before I went in because I had my son in my arms and others waiting on me. I asked if my order was ready she said "yeah it is" so I went inside, there were two men ahead of me, she finished serving both men. I was next in line, I didn't even care that she acted as if I wasn't there, I just wanted my food. Another man walks in and immediately she calls him up and finished serving him after being overlooked I asked her is " " food ready? She acted as if she'd already told me and then proceeds to point to a bag on the counter, then tells me yeah it's right here. Then she demeaningly asks me if I'm ok? As if I did something to her??? I replied "are you ok?" This lady seems like a woman hater, the two encounters I've had with her she's seemed to show better customer service or care more when she's dealing with men.🤷🏾‍♀️ Unless someone new takes over I won't be eating at this knock off jamaican...

I called to place an order for the today’s special bbq pork chops, I asked if they can put the bbq pork chops in a separate container. I was told no we don’t do that. Really? I asked simply because the bbq sauce always is excess and I never can eat the sides. I asked why and she said because it is sold together, really! The fish was extremely old and rubbery. I took a picture but google won't allow me to upload it, IDK why/ but it was awful. Also this is my 2nd time going there and the food was awful. The soup never have meat and too much juice. they serve days old meat and the lady that owns it gets very upset if you complain. I use to go years ago when TONY the original owner was running it. FRESH MEAT everyday. I miss him. please don't get the fish, it be old and rubbery....
