What a horrible experience I had tonight at this location. It first starts off where you call the restaurant and since you don't speak Spanish that get upset with you and put someone else on who then tells you you cannot order an item off the menu but it is advertised on their website and you bought in it multiple times before. So that starts number one of the problems. Second problem you get to the window and you try to explain to them that their website shows this on the menu and they're throwing another menu in your face and sing that's not true you can't buy it but while this person is talking to you they're wearing sunglasses a cranberry hoodie and on their personal cell phone while you are trying to ask questions. And when they cannot assist you they talk about you in Spanish on their cell phone just someone else because they don't believe you speak Spanish do you understand that they're saying quite rude things about you. Then brings another person up possibly a manager he said I can give you that item but it's for two families so it's double the cost which doesn't make sense because I've always bought the one pound of one pound of pork and one chicken for the same car as me buying that happened chicken with an extra half on the side I'm with my side. But for someone to stand in front of me and call themselves a customer service person all the restaurant establishment wearing sunglasses no mask in a hoodie walking on their personal cell phone while they're at work that's absolutely disgusting and disrespectful I went to this location because it was closer to my job instead of driving all the way out to North Lake which is further east of me I see where I made the mistake tonight I hope that note that this reaches their corporate office and the email reaches our corporate office and that everybody knows to stay away from this location because the customer service is better at KFC McDonald's Burger King Popeye's c.r. chicks Chick-fil-A IHOP Wendy's Denny's Dunkin Donuts...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLiterally the worst customer service!! I have never been here to eat. I ordered two of the number twos and told her I wanted to be sure we got the meal WITH sweet plantains. She asked what we wanted to drink and I told her just one soda in a cup. I was told they didnāt have any cups . I asked the girl again can I have a cup she repeat it to me they did not have any cups. She charged me for my meal and afterward she told me I was not getting any sweet plantains in one of my meals. Of course, this made me upset because I just simply said I wanted both meals with the sweet plantains. Then she told me because I did not choose a soda. I donāt get my plantains. It was then I noticed on the menu and there was a difference in prices if you get a soda versus no soda. Clearly, she was trying to charge me the higher meal by forcing me to get a soda. I am not a soda drinker so I didnāt care to get an extra soda. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed they had a water server so I asked her HOW do I get water from their water server if they have NO cupsā¦. She replied DO YOU WANT A CUP??? Literally set me on fire!! LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!! The food was not even fully hot and tasted like it had been sitting there all day and it was only 3pm STAY AWAY!!!! They need to be trained in customer service and understand that just because someone isnāt Mexican or Latina or look like they do doesnāt mean to be rude and nasty towards them and can rude comments in Spanish as if I donāt understand. I know the basics and knew most of what she was saying. The rudeness has happened 3 times on different shifts which brought me here today. My last experience was at 3:25pm. I will drive out of my way and go to La Brasa on Okeechobee for now own and Iāll make sure to tell the rest of my co-workers and bosses not to come there either since this is a āPrejudiceā location.
