I spent over an hour here on a slow Sunday as the only customer. I was there to purchase a new budget phone and sign up for a new plan as a new customer. I paid $200 in cash for my first month and the device. I received a receipt that did not reflect my phone purchase at all. Non-existent, not showing that $150 changing hands at all. I requested to be signed up for auto pay ,that did not happen nor was any instructions on how to pay my bill or anything in paper showing me what my plan exactly gives me. I asked for the 100 Gig hotspot plan. I have no idea what I have actually received up to this point. While I was in the store the manager called the underling and texted her repeatedly. Between the two of them they still allowed me to leave without everything I should have had. Essentially I have absolutely no warranty on my phone because I have no proof at all that I bought it. The Moto G power with the 50 megapixel camera is working fine. What amount I was charged is within retail range of what the device cost. I really don't like having material possessions without proof of purchase. This phone is used for work and has restrictions not allowing text or calls from numbers that aren't in contacts or preferred after more review it looks like the underling attempted repeatedly to contact me. I barely had the hour and 12 minutes it took to get this set up in the first place. I don't have any more time to go back to the store to have whatever they need to adjust, adjusted. I will have to deal with it whatever problems may arise through Verizon customer service. My personal opinion as a Reviewer is to treat this location as a necessity only not a go-to. I went in Sunday 3pm looking to port 3 lines. I asked for iPhone 11 and galaxy A15 - I was told the iPhone 11 was 250$ (online says 50$ ) and the galaxy was 50$ which as correct. With everything totaling to 492 $ including taxes and fee and first month.
