You would think that a business as empty as this location would be happy to see a customer and give them the best service possible. Nope. I have had too many interactions with the employees at this location to know for sure why their business is lacking a nice flow of customers. It’s the customer service. It’s not the food for sure, the food is always good (in my opinion), but the employees make you want to get out of an empty line and go somewhere else. I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get my food twice at this location (3075 45th St.). However, I will say I met a nice sweet black older gentleman (Shift Manager) who worked Sunday’s who made our food for us when his employees refused to listen to him those two times. On the hand, I came across another older black gentleman with an accent (Shift Manager) who proceeded to argue with us about our food while his employees refused stood their and lied about what we asked her to do. I’m starting to see a pattern at this location, and it’s that the employees are young and childish and the manager’s can’t seem to keep them in line. If you don’t mind waiting longer than usual to get your food (low on funds) then this place is perfect for you. Read moreI had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the Wendy’s drive-thru located at [3741 W Blue Heron Blvd Riviera Beach, FL 33404 United States] on [June 30 2025 @ 9:00pm]. I was simply trying to place an order when the employee at the speaker responded in a rude and disrespectful tone. When I asked for BBQ sauce, the employee made a sarcastic and uncalled-for remark, mocking my request as if it were a joke. Not only was it unprofessional, but it also made me feel embarrassed and disrespected for no reason.
It’s incredibly frustrating as a paying customer to be treated with such disregard. The tone used was condescending, and the attitude made it seem as though my presence or request was a bother to them. If employees can’t maintain basic courtesy and professionalism, especially in customer-facing roles, it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
I expect better from a national chain like Wendy’s. I am not asking for special treatment — just the basic decency and respect any customer deserves. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately, whether through retraining or disciplinary action. I will think twice before returning to this location and will be sharing this experience with others unless I see meaningful...
Read moreI had never been inside of the restaurant until today picking up an Ubereats order and I just say the inside is very spacious and clean. Nice sleek look to it, but in writing this review to just say that my inside experience out weighs very bad experience I had going thru drive Thru. So thank you to the young lady who worked the front counter between the hours of 11am-12pm on Friday May 13, 2022 her hair was in plaits your customer service and patience was unbeatable! Keep up the great work. Thank you for offering me a frosty as compensation for the wait time, and though I didn’t say yes lol I do like them it’s just that I honestly didn’t mind waiting because you took full responsibility and you were doing such a great job that I didn’t mind waiting. Also the young lady who was making the sandwiches I believe she had shorter hair, she came up front to be proactive so that the orders would be out and ready asap! Also the young man who I believed was the manager excellent customer service as well these three people worked together and it was just outstanding, their positive attitudes and their kind gestures.
