I went to this particular Bojangles for the very first time. I’m usually pretty much a go along to get along type of person. But this morning something was off at this Bojangles. I went there around 7:30 am Tuesday morning, there is a long line at the drive thru so I chose to go inside and order. There was literally no one at the counter to take any orders. Only saw three people in total for a few minutes. Than I saw what looked like a manager in the back. No thing looked like it was set up to take orders in the morning at the counter. I’ve been to a few other Bojangles in my day and I’ve seen there set up. I decided to go thru the drive thru instead and waited in line like 10 minutes. When I get to the speaker the voice coming out seemed automated kinda like “AI” ordered one Cajun chicken sandwich and a reguysweet tea. They asked if I wanted a large or regular tea. I said regular. THAN, all of the sudden the AI asked me in Spanish if I would like a a “Borrito” and I said no thank you! After that the “AI” asked me again “What would you like to order?!” No total given, no please move for ward no nothing and we just proceeded to the window to pay! When I get there they told me that “I” didn’t order anything and I would have to get back in the 15 car line and order! They could help me there at the drive thru!

Read moreThis is my review from BoJangles in Roanoke Rapids, NC. I ordered through the mobile app. Two Bo Berry sausage biscuits with egg and cheese added. Estimated time on the app was 5 minutes. We got there in 6 minutes. Pulled in the drive thru and let them know that we had arrived. Was told to pull up in the curbside area and they would bring it out. We were the only ones in the curbside pick up area. I then went to my email where they had sent me and checked in. We waited another 13 minutes so I walked up to the drive through window and I guess my face said it all because I didn’t have to say anything. The guy at the window told me that they had not forgotten about me and were coming with our food. A lady brought our food to the car without speaking and handed my man the bag. He told her thanks. Then he said I don’t think it’s any egg and cheese on these biscuits. I checked and it wasn’t. This frustrated me further. So I walked into Bojangles to let them know that they messed up our order and yet again, I didn’t have to say anything because they realized that they had forgot to add eggs and cheese to the biscuits. I then said “y’all know what”? I almost asked for my money back but they were willing to compensate me for my troubles. Got the first order, the second remade, upgraded to a large Bo Rounds and a large drink at no extra charge. I believe that some young people don’t appreciate or care...
Read morewe don’t go here often because how terrible the customer service is, but we decided to try to go again today. we pulled up in line and waited behind the person at the speaker. once their order was taken, they pulled up to the window and we pulled to the speaker. someone answered us and we told them just one moment to decide what we wanted. once we decided about a minute later we said that we were ready to order. we ended up sitting there 10 minutes and never getting a response. i saw the car that had ordered in front of us had pulled out of the parking lot and was leaving! we decided to pull up to the window since we had sat there for a while and got no response. Someone walked over and told us we weren’t allowed to order at the window and that we had to pull back around and wait in line to get our order. we tried to explain to her that we had been at the speaker and waited and no one took out order, which is why we pulled up. she told us that she’s not allowed to take our order and we can pull around or leave. i have worked in fast food for 4 years now and i am in total awe at this situation entirely. i hope they’re all fired and this store gets employees who understand how to...
