your counter person is unhappy- and intentionally sabotaging orders…

. i ordered taco plate- soft corn tortillas tempura shrimp both sides boracho beans…..a brisket taco on sift corn tortilla, snd ground beef burrito add grilled shrimp… and 4 iz pico de gallo. to go. no cilantro on all above.

thank god i glanced at bill-

the worker entered flour tortillas for taco plate

ground beef taco

small salsa

no cilantro

happy hour swirled margarita.

i have not opened burrito ——————- i spoke to counter to point out error on tortillas - tacos were remade with i believe spicy fried shrimp

brisket taco was ground beef on corn

pico de gallo was a small salsa!

i was only one in shop at 3 pm. a polite grandmother….

i asked for help carrying order to table -and larger cup for ice water- i had service dog- i struggle with balance while walking and weakness in arms.

i was given larger glass, told i need to come to counter to carry my own order.

the cook frustrated with wrong tortilla entered for tacos, i was kind, courteous to cook to thank him for preparing my meal…

this poor young man at your counter thru intentionally entering order wrong must have felt some power or agency, but that is not proper face for fuzzys…..

tables were not wiped around the clean spot i found.

both workers sat to eat a meal as i finished mine…

i have my reciept with incorrent entries done as i spoke my order clearly in person. total 35$.

it is hard to find help, but intentionally ruining an order does not serve customer or fuzzys

i welcome your...

I have visited several Fuzzys Tacos. I have also been to the Roanoke location several times. I always leave disappointed with this location. The main cashier is extremely rude, rushes you through your order and does NOT listen. (There was no one behind me in line and only 2 tables seated).... After a horrible experience ordering today, we sat for over 10 minutes waiting for food. No big deal. I go to get my food, and asked for sour cream because I saw that it wasn't on my taco after I had told the cashier 3 times to add it. Again, she doesn't listen... Sure enough, the cook was just as rude. Told me to ask next time while ordering. This is where a became a little smart * and said... -I did ask for it 3 times from her so maybe you should tell your cashier to listen next time. Walked away calmly and sat down and enjoyed my messy taco that was poorly put together.

Moral of the story- Awful experience. And it wasn't the first or second time. It's every single time and they wonder why they are going under there. If the corporation wants this location to make it, they need to seriously consider properly giving employees a good education on customer service... or.... finding...

My husband ordered Queso and 2 frozen strawberry margaritas to go. He gets home and the margaritas were on the rocks but also disgusting and tasted like syrup. I called to ask if I could get them refunded bc I wasn’t able to drink them and they aren’t what we ordered. Man on the phone argued that my husband ordered on the rocks. I explained that in 20 years I’ve never ordered anything but frozen, he gets them for me all the time and this has never been a problem. Then he said I’d have to bring the drinks back to the store to get a refund. I told him I lived 25 mins away. He didn’t care. I told him I’d send him a pic of the receipt and a video of me pouring the margaritas down my sink if that’s what he wanted. He said no I need them. I asked why bc he can’t resell them and he said yes he could…. Resell drinks that have already been given to a customer and taken home??? Then I said so I need to call the health department???? Then he said well no I won’t resell them but I need them back…. Wouldn’t budge so I will be driving them back tomorrow with the receipt to get a refund… The most insane thing I’ve ever heard of a...

My first time here and It was ok. Was a bit expensive considering the portion size of the chicken fajitas was way smaller than what I’m used to getting at other Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa was a bit different from what you would get at a traditional Mexican restaurant but different in a good way as the chips are dusted with seasoning and the salsa has the flavor of garlic in it and I love garlic. My peach margarita was pretty good but good in the sense of that I could “feel” the liquor .. I couldn’t taste the peach though but that’s ok. All in all not bad but I can’t spend $21 for a single meal every day either . I would label this as Mexican fast food as it is not the traditional type of Mexican restaurant. The young lady that took my order and made my drink was very polite and provided good customer service . The line cook gets an A+ from me because he called me up to verify my order before he made it because I did omit several things that are standard with fajitas so I appreciate the fact that he wanted to get it right

The customer service was bad. Like the dude seemed as if I had kicked his puppy tonight just for wanting to place my order lol. 😳 But anymore I've come to accept unimpressive customer service unfortunately, so okay, moving on to the food. The queso was good. Salsa was not. Everything else was subpar at best. Veeeery little meat in the tacos and burrito. Idk, just not much to rave about. It probably deserves more of a 2 star but I'm being nice and keeping it a 3 - lol. We won't be back.

Saucy poblano brisket taco was really sweet and had too much sauce which made the flour tortilla soggy, but it also had a fair amount of good flavored brisket. The California heat tempura shrimp taco was really salty but had a fair amount of shrimp in it, and way too much bacon. Not my favorite experience here and reaffirms why I don't eat here but once a year or less. But...the fajita steak nachos are always good. Not disappointed with the nachos.
