pico de gallo was a small salsa!
i was only one in shop at 3 pm. a polite grandmother….
i asked for help carrying order to table -and larger cup for ice water- i had service dog- i struggle with balance while walking and weakness in arms.
i was given larger glass, told i need to come to counter to carry my own order.
the cook frustrated with wrong tortilla entered for tacos, i was kind, courteous to cook to thank him for preparing my meal…
this poor young man at your counter thru intentionally entering order wrong must have felt some power or agency, but that is not proper face for fuzzys…..
tables were not wiped around the clean spot i found.
both workers sat to eat a meal as i finished mine…
i have my reciept with incorrent entries done as i spoke my order clearly in person. total 35$.
it is hard to find help, but intentionally ruining an order does not serve customer or fuzzys
i welcome your...
Read moreI have visited several Fuzzys Tacos. I have also been to the Roanoke location several times. I always leave disappointed with this location. The main cashier is extremely rude, rushes you through your order and does NOT listen. (There was no one behind me in line and only 2 tables seated).... After a horrible experience ordering today, we sat for over 10 minutes waiting for food. No big deal. I go to get my food, and asked for sour cream because I saw that it wasn't on my taco after I had told the cashier 3 times to add it. Again, she doesn't listen... Sure enough, the cook was just as rude. Told me to ask next time while ordering. This is where a became a little smart * and said... -I did ask for it 3 times from her so maybe you should tell your cashier to listen next time. Walked away calmly and sat down and enjoyed my messy taco that was poorly put together.
Moral of the story- Awful experience. And it wasn't the first or second time. It's every single time and they wonder why they are going under there. If the corporation wants this location to make it, they need to seriously consider properly giving employees a good education on customer service... or.... finding...
Read moreMy husband ordered Queso and 2 frozen strawberry margaritas to go. He gets home and the margaritas were on the rocks but also disgusting and tasted like syrup. I called to ask if I could get them refunded bc I wasn’t able to drink them and they aren’t what we ordered. Man on the phone argued that my husband ordered on the rocks. I explained that in 20 years I’ve never ordered anything but frozen, he gets them for me all the time and this has never been a problem. Then he said I’d have to bring the drinks back to the store to get a refund. I told him I lived 25 mins away. He didn’t care. I told him I’d send him a pic of the receipt and a video of me pouring the margaritas down my sink if that’s what he wanted. He said no I need them. I asked why bc he can’t resell them and he said yes he could…. Resell drinks that have already been given to a customer and taken home??? Then I said so I need to call the health department???? Then he said well no I won’t resell them but I need them back…. Wouldn’t budge so I will be driving them back tomorrow with the receipt to get a refund… The most insane thing I’ve ever heard of a...
