My Review from when I walked in the door! On Saturday Jan. 6th 2018

Cover Charge after 10pm $8.00 thats great! But you swipe my card for that so that's swipe #1.

Walking through the doors I noticed that new ownership has taken all the updated equipment that was once in there! Replaced with older model cash registers and credit card processers! Back to leaving your card with the bartenders for a tab, which is very risky!

I got my drinks paid $11.00 for a beer and shot! Not too too bad! She swiped my card again swipe #2! The beer was good and my shot was terrible! The shot tasted very very cheap! And i had a blue motorcycle which was very very strong way to much alcohol swipe #3 and you might be pouring your profits down the drain!

Explored the dance floor which was very sticky! Very gross! Being clean is one of the things I look for, here was not so much, they opened the downstairs for smoking and pool cause it's cold out that's great but have a little ventilation going it was like walking into a burning building full of cigarette smoke! Didnt eat any of the food due to cleanliness! There use to be a dance cage in the back but now there is a very cheaply made drink stand with a mismatched countertop from all the other ones with lights in it but the top is very cheaply made, it can cut you on the edges so be very careful! Spotlight number at 2am for her birthday was a good performance but poor timing no one wants to watch a queen at 2am they wanna be dancing! Music is variable plays good music a lot of base, like vibrates everything! Can't even talk! And we left after being there 30 minutes! It was so sad to see this place where i used to come all the time, be at its all time low!

Recently moving back from out of state I was very excited to return to The Park. For starters, parking is terrible! All night long the dj has to stop the music to tell people to move their cars. There used to be a lot you could park in across the street. That's not the case anymore. Secondly, the music is ok depending on the dj they have playing that night. However, the majority of the time the music is not current. Thirdly, the women's bathroom only has two stalls with doors. One of them is out of order. In addition, there was no toilet paper and this was at like 10ish. Mind you the place opens at 9. If you don't vape, don't worry you will now at this place. It literally made my stomach sick breathing in all the flavored vape smoke. Even the bouncers were vaping. No offense take it on the back deck, this place isn't a hookah bar. Most of us paid to have a good time, dance, and drink. Not breathe in all these chemicals. So I had to leave and don't know when I'll be back. Security is the only thing that's going for this place anymore. They check you before entering which is nice. All in all this place is decent and maybe it's amazing if it's the only club you have been to. However, after living in Dallas and going to their gay clubs this place seems...ehhh. I enjoyed the company of people there and the friends I had with me and the majority of the bar tenders were really kind, however one lady took my bud light from my mouth while I was chugging it as they closed... she clinked my teeth when she grabbed it, I’ve been dealing with a tooth ache for a couple hours now. I was unaware of the rules, but she could’ve handled it in a more professional manner rather than hurting me. I feel as though she could’ve explained their rules and regulations professionally. It was rude. I had someone to tell me to chug down the beer when that lady ripped the bud light directly from my mouth. I said ow and she said “you should’ve finished it before we closed” out of respect I didn’t say anything, but I purchased a 4 dollar beer and it was taken from me by force before I could even drink my money’s worth. She easily could have told me to finish my beer and I would have given it to her, but snatching it out of my mouth with a terrible attitude at that, does not entice me to come back. Please teach your employees to be more courteous.
