Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Just got a delivery from Jet’spizza on Auburn Road in Rochester Hills. First time we ordered Jet’s because my sister gave us good comments on their New York style pizza. It was EXTREMELY greasy and unenjoyable. I took pictures and then I called the manager and spoke to Dave. I told Dave that I was hoping that perhaps by accident someone spilled butter all over my pizza! He apologized and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was greasy because I ordered pepperoni, bacon and that the crust is thinner therefore; there is nowhere for the grease to go. For goodness sakes - that’s what he came up with? LOL! He said perhaps less cheese, pepperoni and/or bacon would be a better idea. My heart be still! I’m not a spring chicken and have had quite a few pizzas in my lifetime - thick or thin and they were not greasy like this one. It was then that he offered to make another one or give me a refund. Not wanting to wait for a remade pizza, I made him a deal and told him if he took half off for the pizza only and not the $5 tip I gave, then I’d be fine. I didn’t want him to take anything away from the five dollar tip I left. I love pizza and have often stated that even a bad pizza is a good one! The long and short of this review is that I want to be able to order the toppings I want so I will not order from them again. I’ll stick with Buddy’s, Alibi and Green Lantern. BTW - Dave even questioned me on whether or not I ever got a greasy pizza from them! Feeling...

I called ahead to see if slices were available, after being told yes I came inside immediately to purchase them, walking past a large LOBBY IS OPEN sign on my way in. I order my slices and drink and the lady is friendly, I request to use the restroom and she blankly stares at me and then says she's not sure if they're open. She asks a male who appeared to be in his mid 30s longer hair delivery driver from what I gathered and he said he didn't think so. I asked if anyone did know and I was told no, so the business is open to take your business and the lobby is advertised as open but yet a paying customer cannot use a bathroom? I also own a small business and I am well aware of the stress the virus restrictions are placing on businesses, their staff and owners but I have never denied anyone access to my restroom paying or not, covid-19 restrictions or not. To make matters worse I ate the slices instantly in my car and they were lukewarm at best, and had clearly been sitting in the warming device for a longer time than I would consider acceptable for sale. I love pizza and eat it multiple times a week, I'm in the plaza a few times a week as well and would love to have used this jets regularly but I can't get behind a business that clearly doesn't care about the customers only...

I ordered a Specialty Veggie pizza with a few added toppings on Christmas Eve..(they were supper busy) and received the wrong pizza. My husband drove it home and was eating the pizza until I said that's not what I ordered. (He was so hungry he even forgot what his favorite pizza was..lol) So I called and spoke with a gentleman there and he said they'd redo it. Once we arrived (were about 20 minutes away)they had made the pizza incorrect again. Katelyn stepped in and made our pizza herself to make sure we got the correct pizza and we really appreciated it. Katelyn got us our order fast and did that while still providing great customer service to other guest. Thank you again...
