Quiznos — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

I've always liked going to this quiznos over the years but was very disappointed with my most recent visit. I wasn't asked about what toppings I wanted on the classic Italian sub, which is fine i can live with eating something I don't like on my sub. But then I ask for a sauce and jalapenos on the sub because it has been a combination I've enjoyed for years and has always been a free add on but instead I get secretly charged an extra 2 dollars. I don't get told that it is an extra charge and if I'd still like the toppings or not but rather the charge is added in fast at the end. The fact that there is a free pepper station next to the register really baffles me that im getting charged this much extra for something I've never been charged for before and in a way that came off in a very suspicious way. If this is the new standard of business at this location I'll be looking for a different one to go to...

Placed an online order and paid. Come in to ask for my order as it’s not at the online order pick up and it wasn’t there so I asked the man for my order and gave him my name. He said he doesn’t have it. So I told him the order and he said it’s not there. Acted like I was stupid and said did you order from Quiznos.. then I said yes gave him my name and phone number and he ignored me to be on his personal cell phone and help other customers. Then I’m standing there waiting on my work lunch and I asked like are you gonna help me or figure out where my order is ? And he literally started laughing like “oh haha I don’t have it” and I said I don’t think it’s funny at all. Then I showed him the receipt. We always have a good experience when visiting this location with the usual workers who are here, but today, with the fill-in workers who are here while the usual workers are on vacation, our experience was absolutely unacceptable and horrendous. Our subs were made completely wrong; when I pointed this out to the worker, he looked at me and said “what do you want me to do about it?” Are you kidding me?! I was floored. No effort whatsoever to rectify the situation. We will not be back to this location until the usual workers are back from vacation. And if they don’t come back for some reason, we’re done with...
