Today is December 22nd I am sitting at Starbucks and Rochester the one that's actually right by the Target for the second time in a row I've had a negative experience with their store manager his name is Andrew he's quite belligerent and not helpful at all I came in and around 1140 Cottage Grove grab a coffee actually to grab latte an eggnog latte because I had it the other day and it was fabulous and came in the young woman that was at the register when I said Merry Christmas to her she said she said how can I help you she was not very kind nor did she have on a name badge and proceeded to ask what my name was and I just recorded that concept but I understand it but why they ask for your name so that things to be put into order but it didn't help it did not work and so I proceeded to order the latte waited for the latte and as I was waiting for the last day a good fifteen minutes or so into Saturday but there were actually served before I was served and when the father piped up and said the store manager I proceeded to ask the father completely ignoring me to ask the father what he could help him with the father that was waiting there when you needed to say yeah but she was first and he said we were getting to her and put his hand up as it's basically to shoo me away and then I said yeah I was here before they were and he said you know basically we're getting to you what what I began to look for his name badge because I knew that he did not have the correct date that he proceeded to say okay well my name is Andrew and I'm the manager here and I said yes I'm very familiar with who you are and also your general manager and he proceeded to walk away and make the tea that the other customer Vitas I did write it to Starbucks and I do expect to have some type of reply considering as much as I've been a Starbucks that will not transpire is for me to be in my own backyard and be for me to literally have gone to so many Starbucks all across the world for me to be disrespected by someone in leadership of Starbucks especially in light of recent events that have transpired with Starbucks it's the wrong person to do that with so I am waiting to hear back from Starbucks to hear what coaching opportunities might be able to erase from this individual and...
Read moreI used to get my coffee from this starbucks every day but I will never come here again. I was in like at this Starbucks at 6:30pm. I waited for 20 minutes in line and two workers came out as I was 2 cars away from the drive thru and blocked the entrance with a sign saying they were closed. I was in complete disbelief that I had just waited in line for 20 minutes so I politely asked them if they could let me in and explained that i had been waiting and they were rude and brushed me off. If you want to close your drive thru on time, you should’ve come and put the sign out 30 minutes in advance so you don’t waste your customers time. And you definitely should not be rude when a customer is politely talking to you. I have never been so in shock at a situation. This Starbucks always has a massive line and it just isn’t worth it, especially if the workers are rude. You’re better off to go to the Starbucks a mile down on South Blvd. There’s always less of a wait time and the staff there is much friendly. Will never go to this store again and I urge you to do the same as they do not care about...
Read moreToday I went through the drivethru and began ordering my food and a pink drink...being 10 AM and just missing the morning rush, they were out of a few items. Not sweating it I just asked what they had and substituted my food for something else! Kim, Leslie and Shelby were all so amazing and just wanted to make sure everyone was satisfied, they all had amazing attitudes! They told me how much they appreciated my kindness and patience and in return I received my beverage for free. They made my entire day. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind and that they were. For everyone complaining about receiving the wrong drink, or them being out of items.....just be kind. You aren’t in their shoes and i’m sure you have made mistakes and have hard days at your job as well. As for the staff working today and every other day, thank you for making me smile!
