Edit and recent review: I used to love this place and was a long-time customer. However, my recent experiences have led me to be disappointed! The quality of food and mostly the service has deteriorated. I'm referring to the past 2 experiences I've had here with my family. The first was with my out of town guests. We came here an hour before closing, and the food tasted stale and smelled weird. There was a strong foul odor coming from their soup. The rest of the dishes just seemed like they were thrown together and dumped on a plate. We had raved about this place and their food, to our guests prior to coming that night, but after leaving, we were embarrassed having brought them here. The second encounter, which will be my last, was coming here to celebrate my husband's birthday. There was a miscommunication error on their end. Unfortunately, their server did not understand English fully, and she took down the wrong dish. When the food was finally brought out, we addressed the mistake politely, to which she was annoyed and tried to explain to us that this is what we ordered. After my husband and I both addressed the mistake, she angrily took back the dish. After a long wait, another server came to our table and threw the dish on the table, gave us a smug look, and walked away. The rest of the night, we were ignored. Not even once asked if we needed anything. On top of that, the taste of the dishes was a serious disappointment and not at all like how we remembered it to be. We did not finish our food and instead waited for our bill. It was closing time, and when no one came with our bill, my husband walked to the front desk, to which they said to wait at our table and let the server come to us. He told the receptionist we had been waiting a while and no one had arrived with it. After coming back to the table 5 minutes later, the original server came left the bill and walked away. What was supposed to have been a nice celebration ended up being an unpleasant memory to look back on. Save your money and time. This review is based on customer service alone. This and will be my first and last time Ordering from this place. I ordered online and went after about 40 mins to pick up my order. Since no pick up time was given I called the restaurant ahead of time asking when it would be ready. I was told it would take about 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived and waited a few more minutes and called them asking for curbside pick up because I had my sleeping baby in the car, I had a large order that I probably would need both hands for and their website stated that they do curbside. I was told by the lady that she was too busy and was all alone and could not meet me at the door. Again I was told that the food was not ready and that would’ve take another 10- 15 minutes- I let her know that I had ordered the food over an hour earlier and asked her if this was normal. It sounded like she had not even started the order and said that it was typical to have to wait that long for a pick up order. After another 20 minutes she called me to let me know that the order was ready so I scooped up my son went inside to somehow pick up the food. When I entered she was busy doing nothing but chit chatting with random ppl at the bar. She also put a customer on hold (that had called in) so that she could continue laughing while standing and doing nothing. When she finally came to me, she then she proceeded to ask me if I needed a hand getting the food to the car since she saw that my hands were full. As she literally minutes earlier she didn’t tell me that she couldn’t do it. I’m not sure what was going on- maybe an off day- but to me, it’s incredibly off putting to be refused a service that is offered only to find out it was for reasons that seem to be nothing further than laziness- especially when I specifically ordered pickup because of the curbside option. After Experience-

Owner asked us to call as he couldn’t get hold of my number. After talking to him we will felt good. As he was so Apologetic and noted our order down which was messed up. And he asked to contact him right away if someone treats us or any costumer when we are there. He also mentioned that he will take necessary actions about what happened.

Experience : Rating was - 1/5 We were customers since a while ,had a bad experience while placing a take out. Staff who answered the call was rude from the start. We have customized few items (she was being rude to do that) and giving disclaimer that we wont take returns and won’t give any refunds- why will someone return or ask for refund which is customized!!! Which didn’t make sense. Also again they messed up the order as usual. when we ask her about last time that you messed up the order and where is the replacement ( they didn’t take down and started arguing )

When my wife reached for pickup and asked for manager , the person understood that she did something wrong and didn’t want to call manager or give her name when asked.
