I would not recommend ordering from this store. I had my first experience where I ordered online and received no confirmation email or notification of my order so I called the store and they said that the person that does their online orders should be in tomorrow and can process my order. I called the next day and the guy that work there had no idea when he would be in next, and when my order would be processed. Given that I could not even tell if this store was legit, I decided to cancel my order since I had a pending charge on my credit card, but no confirmation and was told I cannot cancel at this time because the guy that normally does cancellations is not here. They said they would call me back when he cancels. I have ordered wine from all over the world and have never experienced staff that was so clueless and not knowledgeable I would definitely say customer service is lacking and overall very unprofessional. They have a nice selection but one of the owners or stockers thinks he’s a comedian because I can’t find the bottle on the shelf during a remodel. “Yea it’s right there buddy, why you looking up and down” Maybe because you don’t actually have the bottle I just told you I was looking for? Oh yea cigars are over priced, even the “close-out” sticks and they stick about 10-20$ on top for bottles you can find pretty much everywhere in metro Detroit.
