Atams Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

This is probably the worst place you could spend your money. Went 3 times, extremely disappointed.

Never waited longer for a gyro in my life (40 minutes) and the entire time got extremely poor updates. They must have been raising the chicken for the gyro in there because it took forever. Also got these extremely weird looks from the people in the shop from time to time (they didn't think I notice it) as if it was my fault the food was late.

When the food finally arrived, not only was it mid and missing a lot of spices, but they gave me the "It's friday and Jummah day so we're busy excuse". There were literally people who ordered after me who got their food first so that's completely invalid.

Not to mention the heat in the place, no AC or air conditioner, not sure how clean the food can possibly be in this type of environment. If you're going to order here, I hope you bring a bed to get some sleep while they get the food out.

Oh also for anyone still wanting to try this place out for whatever reason, just know the menu online is wrong and underpriced compared to the actual prices. Would be nice if they told you that but ofcourse they don't. Probably too busy raising more chickens.

I didnt want to even leave a review because I beleive in giving folks grace, and understanding.... in this instance, I can not just let it slide this particular time. They mishandledus too nonchalantly. I came looking for halal pizza, and what I got was not that. AT ALL! They failed. I expressed an allergy restrictions about pineapples and they LITERALLY put them on the pizza and forgot to put the yellow peppers on the pizza. And the pizza was burt on the edges, and the crust was chewy like it was old. Some one expressed "buyer be wear, they potentially may give you old food in the evening*, showing some reheated, burnt brownies.... and I beleive that is EXACTLY what I was given. And even after they relized the mistake, I was offered NO kind of resolution to thw mess up. Not even an coupons..... he apologized. And that was it. Aaand the place was dirty.... It made me feel like I was on a sitcom where someone thought it be a good idea to let 4 eager 12 year olds run a pizza shop they funded with...

Be careful if you want to eat here !!! We have to change our review unfortunately. We had a very pleasant experience our first visit. The second visit was decent and now it was straight up terrible. The bathroom was not clean, which means the workers preparing the food are not clean. They took an hour to prepare a double cheese burger when there was no one there except us. And to top it all off I had them cut a chicken slider in half, I'm glad they did because the chicken was completely raw. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me after checking my receipt lol. The only reason I gave the service a 2 is because they were very apologetic after they made such an inexcusable mistake. We live in Lansing and drive to hfsa certified places to eat ...I would implore hafsa to also inspect the cleanliness of their establishments and make that a requirement for certification as well from now on....all of the hafsa verified restaurants are becoming trashy and way below the standard of what...
