Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Bridget? The manager? (Idk, associate said she was the boss) was very, very rude. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, both yesterday and today. Yesterday, it had no whip cream. Today, it did so I asked if I could get one without. The representative asked Bridget and she said all smoothies come with whipped cream. I asked if this meant she couldn’t remake it and she said no, she could not remake it. I stated that it did not come with whipped cream yesterday and she said she wasn’t sure who made it yesterday but they all come with whipped cream. I went out to my car and pulled up the menu for the other blended beverages. They all mentioned whipped cream in the description AND had whipped cream in the picture, EXCEPT the strawberry banana smoothie I ordered. I went back in and showed this to her and she got very upset/annoyed. I was completely nice the whole time, as I worked retail for 3 years in the past. Yet she was rude and stated “remake it for her, I can’t” and shook her head, she was talking rudely about me to the staff, and said from now on all online blended beverages come with whipped cream. Even though it isn’t mentioned ONLINE in the description or picture for the drink. How is this my problem? Why am I being treated rudely when I have been polite and simply asked for the drink to be remade because there was NO mention of whipped cream in the description for this drink, or in the picture. 3 stars because I couldn't access the free Wi-Fi they advertised. Place is clean, I order the Nova lux which never disappoints. I tried the fried chicken breakfast sandwich and it gave me heartburn 🤢🤢. Staff is okay, prices okay. Just wish they had more coupons and a discount program.

I'm giving it an extra star because they've added a rewards program, sends me great coupons and the staff is super friendly! Actually, they've always had the rewards program, just wish the staff told me on my first visit.

There is one staff member that I'd prefer not making my food. Now I wouldn't pick on someone with a disability, but I'm not sure if she is half blind or cross eyed, but a few times she over filled my drink to the point of sloppyness and sloppily spread my smear on my bagel. She wears her hat really low and doesn't speak very loud. This is a popular location with a sometimes loud noise level if visited at peek hours. She's friendly, just kinda grossed me out my last visit when touched the brim of my cup with dirty plastic gloves. Her demeanor is pleasant though.

First off we arrived there and it was only the four of us inside the entire building. We order two bagels and an avocado bagel. Both bagels were the exact same. We also ordered a iced chai tea and cold brew with vanilla. We get our bagels and both of these bagels are looking ratchet and not the bagels we requested. Then we received our drinks and the chai tea tasted like tobacco . Then we got our cold brew and it tasted decent. We then waited fifteen minutes for our avacodo bagel and never got it. We walked back in and asked to get our bagel and she said “ Oh yeah i forgot to ring it up “ Like okay then if you knew that why didn’t you tell us. Then we asked for our new bagel and they said oh we will get you a new one. Then they gave us our new bagel, the one we actually ordered. Then she said anything else still not giving us our avacodo bagel. Then she finally gave it to us and It tasted like bad . I threw away the Chai and we took our food and dipped. Then we went to crumbl a real food place that doesn’t mess up orders :) . But I will admit the smoothie was pretty tasty. No offense but offense , the workers all get a one star from me.
