James in specific was extremely rude, sarcastic and over all completely irrogant. This is not my first experience with his unprofessionalism, but it will however be my last. There are to many Dunkin donuts around the corner to settle for such bad customer service. Which many customers would agree. (What is supposed separate you from everyone else IS customer service). I had done "a coffee run" for my husband and his employees and needless to say my husband and I, as well as my husbands 20+ employees will not be back. Sadly we have been regulars for a while.. but as a previous Dunkin donuts manager knowing if you keep burning your regulars they will not be back. I do not think I am the only regular he has continued this behavior toward, or the last. Some people are not meant for customer service and unfortunately he is a prime example of someone who should have a desk job. I do not appreciate being talked to as if I was stupid, getting nasty looks and eye rolls or having someone trying to argue with me. No one pulls up to a drive through pays their hard earned money.... For that. For a lot of people this is their first stop before work, after work, or maybe someone had a long day and just wants a coffee, to give them 5 seconds of peace ☮️ .....your bad days and bad attitude are becoming others bad days and attitude. Read moreI have mixed feelings about this place. A couple of years ago I avoided going to this DDs because they always messed up my order and they were slow. This past year I started going to it again because they had competent employees who knew my order and got it perfect every time. But now the past month or so they have employees who either don't know how to do their job correctly or just don't care about speed and efficiency. Every time I go it takes forever just to be waited on, most of them have poor attitudes and no customer service skills. There are a few that work there who are great and always make my coffee just the way I like it and they're friendly. Those particular employees usually work in the morning. One lady came out from the back and started to walk out and we asked her if there was anyone working and she stated her shift was done and continued to leave. A gentleman came from out back and apologized that he was getting ice. He was upset that they (staff) left as he was trying to do his Job. We were too! This gentleman was trying to do everything by himself. When I asked why they left while he was out back. He explained that they were not allowed to working past there shift!
