Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester

Where do I begin..First of all..Their taco pizza is excellent. Then from their nothing but problems.. I have the Rochester godfather's and order the same thing large taco..Chips.salsa packets..Just like a taco should be..However not sure where the confusion is at but in the last 8-8 months I have ordered..This what happens..No chip.or chip now salsa or no lettuces.or no chip.no lettuce and no salsa..Then if I order something else..It doesn't show up like bread sticks..Or a soda..They have to drive back or have to wait an hour..Then pizza is cold waiting for rest of order like chips.salsa and lettuce..Talked to a Jerry once and others..Was promised a $25 credit on next order..Called Friday last Sunday super bowl..Said was going to be a while asked about $25 credit..HAD NO CLUE ..If I'm on your system should of seen it.. Well my taco pizza came but the bread sticks that me wife orderedwith it didn't ..45 minutes later they showed up..So Godfather's..Great taco pizza..But you service just flat out sucks..To date they have only once got...

My daughter will only eat cheese pizza and she will only eat it from here if we order out, she also loves their breadsticks. The rest of us will try new pizzas here and there and they have always been delicious. The pizza always has plenty of toppings and is always hot and fresh when it’s delivered. The staff and delivery team is also awesome. I had one incident where I forgot to tip online. I realize this after I submitted the order and called the store right away to correct this. They are very helpful and told me I could either tell them them the tip over the phone or put it on the receipt when I signed for the delivery and not to worry about it. I did tell them the tip over the phone and apologized for my mistake again. The guy that I was talking to told me that it was ok and I was not at any fault and that he wished me a good night. As the Godfather said..."He smelled the garden, the yellow shield of light smote his eyes, and he whispered, Life is so beautiful."

I can relate this quote to the actual pizza, as we ate at sunset the yellow light accentuated the golden colors of cheese adorning this delightful pizza - with family.

They used to have Godfather's pizza 🍕 where I grew up but they all closed and they don't have them where I live now. It's a shame because it is a good pie. Albeit just a touch undercooked, but not too greasy considering it was the Supreme. The Supreme pizza blends together nicely with that extra cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

The store was very underwhelming but okay if you like dark colors. The service was fair but what's important is they still make a good pie.
