They continually get my order wrong when I order on the app. I order a sandwich without mayo & they will always put it on anyway. I tried to call & talk to the manager once about it, but he just hung up on me. There isn't any place to get the issue fixed online like Burger King or Wendy's. Those kind of places could fix the issue within minutes. I got a response back one time when I posted a negative feedback on the app the last time. They still didn't offer to refund my purchase but just send me coupons instead. Of course I had another issue yesterday when I tried to order a bacon burger. It would have tasted significantly better if they actually put the bacon on the sandwich. Of all the things to leave out it seems rather obvious that it would be necessary. Go with low expectations & not expecting to get what you ordered or you could be very disappointed as there is no way of getting any of what you paid back from this location for it's mistakes.
Was back again going through the drive through after having a long discussion with one of the managers several months ago. But this time it wasn't an issue of getting the order correct. Instead I ended up waiting for 15 minutes to get my food. I understand there was one car ahead of me that did take a little bit of time to get done. But at most 4 minutes. I instead was then told to pull ahead to the front window while other cars got their food and just drove around me one after another. And I pre-ordered my food on the app & there was only 2 items. Read moreUsually the food is very good. Last several times half of the food has been cold. Today the biscuit was burnt and the cookies were hard! Really hard! So I decided to call and complain this time. Taylor was very nice and made it right. However, when I went back to the store to resolve the issue I wad waiting for 4 minutes and no one came to the registers. Then an old man came up and stood by the register next to me. Taylor helped him first even though I was the only person waiting. While waiting "2 minutes"...5 minutes later I got my cookie replacements. While waiting I observed an employee prepping orders and talking on the phone. She never changed her gloves and continued using the same gloves as what she touched the phone with. As you probably know the phone can have tons of germs on it!! Probably won't be going back 😟
Update: Went back through drive through to redeem coupons they gave me for the last time. Ordered at 6:22pm. They had me pull to the side. At 6:32 I went inside to ask about my order. It took another 5 minutes after that for my order to come. Many people both inside and in the drive through got their orders before me. All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich, small frie, and two hash browns. Officially never returning to this location again!! 😡 Not really "fast food"...
Read moreOrdered my lunch at the kiosk, which included a cheeseburger, McChicken and a medium fry. I gave the receipt to my sister who was also waiting for food so that I could run to the bathroom. Neither stall had toilet paper, so I waited up front for a worker to grab some toilet paper. A few minutes later he came back, and I grabbed it and changed both of the rolls in the stalls. By the time I came back, my sister was sitting at the cleanest (yet still dirty) table in the dining room, and my order wasn’t ready. Finally, after literally 15 minutes, my order was ready. We’re in no rush, so it’s not a huge deal but it seems ridiculous for “fast food.” They also have 0 ketchup packets out (because the dispensers are out) and have ignored a few requests for them now, including the person who came in from the drive thru after failing to get some in his order.
