Starbucks — Restaurant in Rochester

so let me set the scene for you: im driving down the road in my lime green Honda Minivan, radio blasting (it’s Karma by Jojo Siwa), and suddenly i get a craving for a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato, (oat milk, blonde espresso, 18 pumps of caramel, mocha drizzle, extra whip, and strawberry inclusions), no barista has ever made it exactly to my liking.. I took my chances and drove up to this Starbucks to order. I anxiously awaited my beverage. Thankfully though, I did not get a long time to be anxious because my drink was ready in less time than it takes my in laws to ask me if I’m pregnant or just “rounding out” every time they visit. I took the first sip… you know that scene in Ratatouille where the rat tries cheese and a strawberry together for the first time? It was that.. X100.. I was transported to a different, wonderful, universe of peace, tranquility, rainbows, and love. The barista who made my drink, Amber, made it so perfectly that at that moment, I swore off water and decided to survive solely on Amber’s version of my drink. This drink saved my life. As I was driving away, I was so engulfed in this wonderful drink that I did not notice the family of baby ducks crossing in front of my car. Amber did. Do not stop if you need to get out fast! Bathrooms and store were clean and food and drink were fine but not wow. My biggest grief is that I waited 20 minutes at 4:30pm from start to finish when there were literally 6 customers there.(not with large orders) Employees were having side conversations not paying attention to what they were doing, lost my order and when I noticed a person that came in after me I said something and then they apologized and made it. This was after I actually watched them make an order similar to mine and threw it away! Didn't even ask anyone if they wanted it or put it behind the counter for employees, just tossed it right in the trash and kept talking to one another disregarding that I had been standing there for a long time. I know it's fast food but this team was asleep...

My friend and I went in 10/12/22 to catch up on life since we haven't seen each other in awhile. I started a 21 day Detox and had a lot of questions about how much caffeine is in their decaf coffee. It wasn't posted for them and the actual bag of decaf coffee didn't state it on there. So they looked it up. It has 25mg btw. I'm allowed to have green tea, but wanted to compare how much caffeine each of them had. One of the employees suggested I combine two green teas, one with 16mg caffeine and the other with 0mg.
