I use to love this place. However, it was a huge turnoff today with the cashier telling people how to wear their masks and making rude comments. I found it even more ridiculous when she got on a megaphone and shouted across the store telling people to cover their mouth when coughing. Times are bad enough and behavior like that, only makes things worse. Maybe she belongs in the backroom working because obviously she has no customer service skills or even common sense.

If you think a germ infested mask or often times a piece of fabric and a megaphone is keeping everyone safe, you might want to do some research. Your cashiers are exposed to everything that comes through that place by touching money and items being purchased. All it takes is one touch to the disgusting mask and the germs are everywhere. Keep up with obnoxious megaphone and preaching about germ infested masks because it's all about you. Ask the Surgeon General...

The store has loads of great and interesting items for sale, with great prices. The staff seems friendly, and helpful. The problem where they lose 2 stars is the inability to handle the amount of traffic they create. The parking is horrendous, and the door you load up at is the same door you walk in, and exit, and it leads to a constant clusterf* of people all trying to enter, leave and load items at the same time. They need a better designated spot for loading purchased items, like they have for donation items. I seen the Habitat for Humanity symbol on their logo, so i assume a large portion of their profits go to help build homes in the area, which is a plus...

Employees are friendly and helpful. Offers a variety of items that are mostly reasonably priced. The days opened are a bit odd. I suggest calling regarding days and hours when store is open. Donations accepted in the back. Days Donations accepted includes one day on which the store itself is not opened. Self pickups. Generally, purchases will be held for a week from date of purchase.
