Arby's — Restaurant in Rock Falls

• I am updating this review a little late. At the beginning of summer, I ordered from the from the app as I usually do (before they changed the app). I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order and was greeted by a girl. Told her I was there to pick up my app order and she told me I needed to come inside to get my order. I asked when did that change? She said when the lobby opened. I said is there anyway I could get it this time because there was some other things I needed to order also? She got real snotty said no! We can give you your order that you order from drive through but you will have to come in and get your other order. I said please I am not quite dressed to come in to get that order. She said no! So I ordered my stuff pulled up to the window. The young man at the window said I'm sorry. It just changed. I told him if you see I'm not dressed to come in I don't even have shoes on. He said don't worry I will bring both out this time. What was it going to hurt this girl to do it since I was ordering other stuff!?!? I haven't been back! I think it's ridiculous that you have to go inside to pick up an app or online order! Where is the convenience in that? Ridiculous!

I only gave 4 because sometimes the order isn't right or they are out of stuff(mostly apple turnovers). But the service & staff here are amazing. Very rarely you have a employee that is...

Went with a coworker for lunch. We had National French Fry Day coupons for free large fries with purchase. Also did the two-for-$6 beef sandwich + chicken nuggets. Dine-in is closed. Drove through, ordered, paid, and then were told they were out of beef and we could get a refund or replace the items with something else. We should have gotten the refund and gone somewhere else. We ended up with double nuggets. We had to pull up and wait in our vehicle for food, the chocolate shake melted in the interim. The whole ordeal took 35 minutes and we only get 30 minutes for lunch. And, guess what, when I looked at the receipt after we got back to work, we were CHARGED for the two orders of fries - the free fries were the entire reason we went in the first place. So, not only did we pay for [cold] fries, we didn't get to eat what we ordered because they ran out of beef (Isn't "we have the meat" their slogan?!), and we were late for lunch. A complete disaster. However, I did get a “make it right” call. And they did...

I went to the Rock Falls Illinois Arby’s today for lunch. Nobody else was in line. I stood there for several minutes even when the person saw me. Didn’t greet me or tell me that he would be there in a moment. Came to the register and I could barely hear him ask for my order. I had a High School Football card that I bought for $25 with different restaurants that participate to help with the cost of football. Arby’s is on there for buy one regular roast beef and get one free. He said just a minute and went to ask someone about it and came back and said we don’t do that. I said it says Arby’s and he said well not at this one. I showed him where it said Arby’s in Rock Falls. He said we don’t do that. So I just left. I also called corporate. You don’t participate in a community fundraiser and then not honor it. The guy wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either...
