Arby's — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Stop here on 6-14-19 around 9:30pm. The young lady in the Drive thru had a terrible attitude. No respect for the "paying customers". I ordered a classic w/ salad and a french dip. Received a classic but the salad was brown. No french dip, I received a beef and cheddar. Usually this location is good but tonight.... this location was garbage. SMH... Below is what happened earlier today.

Employee fired after racial slur put on receipt

ROCK HILL, S.C. (WBTV) - A 22-year-old woman is asking for answers after she recieved a receipt for her recent order at the Arby’s in Rock Hill with a racial slur in bold lettering.

Candice Torbit checked her receipt to to see what her order number was when she noticed the slur. When she asked the person in line next to her to see what his receipt said, she noticed that it only included the order number.

Torbit approached the African American cashier who had printed the receipt and asked him for an explanation about the usage of that word but was left confused by his response. “Why would you put that on there? And his defense was, ‘Well, I’m black'.”

‘At that point, I’m really embarrassed...out of all these people in this restaurant, why would you single me...

I am beyond mad! I don't have very much money and work hard for the money I do have! My card has been charged multiple times. I went on my lunch break Sunday at 3 paid 11 for my food and for some reason your system keeps charging me 11 over and over until it drained my account thank god I only had 14.75 because after it charged 11 then 3.75 followed by 7 insufficient funds transactions. I called them and the lady said they were aware of the issue and that it should be taken care of by the end of day. With that in mind I unlocked my card so I could door dash and use the money I made for gas and food tomorrow. The money has not went back on my account which I figure could take a few days so it is what it is but now I'm hot because they charged me again tonight I just locked my card again so they were only able to get it once but now what am I supposed to do. I literally live day to day and now I'm put into a bind over splurging one day and eating with yall. I need a resolution and...

Well where do I begin with today's fastfood experience. I ordered a smokehouse brisket combo with crinkle fries & tea because their co2 was down 2 Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich only order of crinkle cut fries and a Hawaiian chicken with no sauce sandwich only bill was $41.35. the girl was really nice caught the guys preparing the food about to put sauce on the chicken and said no sauce. Got the food checked the fries to make sure they fresh and told the girl thank you and to tell the guys in the back thank you for preparing the food. Drive home about 20 min give wife & daughter their fish sandwich expecting rave reviews for picking up dinner tonight. Well to my utter amazement my daughter comes and asks what kind of sandwich I got her told her fish sandwich and she says sarcastically aren't you supposed to put fish on a fish sandwich. Then to make it even better wife has no fish on her sandwich. Got to love you some Arby's ( WE HAVE THE MEATS) sure don't...
