Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Hill

In town from Florida and needed to order food. I ordered curbside through the Marcos app. When I went to pick it up (the Order tracking on the app said my order was done), I clicked the “I’ve arrived” button on the app and parked my car. As I sat in the car, I saw Marcos employees sitting at a table conversing and eating/drinking. One employee even got up and looked at my car and proceeded to sit back down. After waiting 5 minutes to no avail, I started calling. I had to call 4 times (the first 3 calls rang so long that they eventually went to voicemail) before anyone got up to answer the phone. Throughout this entire time, I was literally watching the employees sitting at the table talking and purposefully ignoring my calls and the fact that they knew I was out there waiting. When they finally answered, I told them I had been waiting for a long time, and they brought my pizza right out. The person who brought the pizza did not say a word to me. I got no apology for their actions and behavior - only the worst customer service ever. I am so upset that I spent my money supporting this horrible behavior. All-in-all, I waited for 10 minutes to pick up a cold pizza that should have come out immediately after...

One star because 0 stars isn't an option! We have always loved Marco's pizza, bowls and salads, but will find another favorite. Terrible experience on last night. Placed on on-line order for pick-up. I spent over an hour and a half waiting and being told that my order was coming up, then it was in the oven, then being boxed...the order was actually lost and hadn't been started. After an hour and a half I asked for the franchise owner's name and number and was screamed at by the manager. She finally calmed down, as did I and we ended the night amicably. I understand that during this economy where nobody wants to work that they were experiencing staffing problems, but after my order was finally prepared and I got home with it (over 2 hours after it was ordered) the order wasn't right. Actually the pizza was made without sauce...no sauce! Then the meatball bake was missing sausage (they were out) so they added pepperoni. It was all sauce, a few meatballs, 9 slices of pepperoni and a small amount of cheese. The Greek Salad was great, except instead of Greek Dressing we got Ranch! 😝 Very disappointed, very...

This Marcos, has greasy pizza, over priced, as comparison too both Domino's and Pizza Hut just across the street, offer a large pizza w/ two toppings for $7.99 while Marcos only offer a medium one topping and you must buy two which comes to $13.98 they will not sale one medium for $6.99 They insinuate their pizza is better quality however Domino's and Pizza Hut because of their pure volume of sales are able to purchase A+ quality ingredients while Marcos with less purchasing power are left with whatever ingredient brands are cheap enough for them to purchase in bulk. I tried their pizza last week, it was greasy and over priced with very few toppings applied. The wings were pinky size, yet they charge a premium price for sub standard wings! This review may seem a bit harsh, however if I'm going to pay more I expect to get more and better! Other businesses have failed at the same location, a Quiznos Sub. which was also over priced and refused to be competitive in the area, had to shut their doors for similar reason's, i give this place maybe another year at best!!!
