This location is okay. Most of the time gets it right. Be assured this is a compliment. I do not even attempt to go to the location at Sth Blvd in Charlotte NC!!! Too many complaints to mention!!! Btw corporate you should take notice as I am the same person that called and complained about Sth Blvd location and you didn't even have the decency to follow up with me!!! If it were not for the great state of SC I would not have EVER even given ANY Wendy's another chance! As for this location keep up the good work! BTW this location recently went through an unexpected unavoidable unforeseen water restriction. This restriction was during this last visit and I am pleased to say that the employees were professional to me caring and apologetic when i paid for same price without my drink, was kind and surely they were under pressure under the circumstances. Maybe Bojangles corporate should read my review of their store and take notes. One last comment this is for Wendy's and Bojangles and frankly any other business, should a customer take the time to call your corporate line to make a complaint maybe you should take the time to call them back!    Read moreIâm really not this kind of person but the consistent, horrible service that we get at this Wendyâs is really upsetting. On this specific experience. I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order which was a mobile order anyways. After never receiving a response I pulled up to the window where two employees looked me in my face, never greeted me, or took my order. They stood there scrolling through instagram on their phones after looking me in my eyes multiple times. After almost 10 minutes of waiting at the window to even be acknowledged I came into the restaurant. Even in the restaurant I was not greeted and I had to raise my voice over the counter for someone to acknowledge me. After finally telling them my order they stood around saying that it wasnât ready. I waited I donât even know how long just for them to tell me that the order had been ready at the drive through. Throughout this time period multiple people who had mobile orders came in due to the lack of service at the drive through. After my order was finally received we were not offered an apology, anything for consolation and our order was just set on the counter with no acknowledgement.    Read moreThe price for the food is decent. The service in the store was not good. It was around 9:30 and there were 2 other people there. One had already ordered when I got there. The other was waiting at the counter to order. He made a comment about stepping in some liquid and the cashier said, âI donât have time for thatâ; they then proceed to move the wet floor cone so that no else will step in it. They then said, âThat work for you?â The other guy and I just looked at each other. I made a simple order, a 4 for $4. I get a bigger cup which I was thankful for but when I got home to give it to my wife, there was no burger. So I called and and they offered to replace the order. No apology. I arrived and was asked, âYou here to buy something?â I explained what had happened. Still no apology. By now they had started to clean the wet floor. They went to get the food but on the way to bag it, they smacked a friend in the back of the head.
