If you've read me previous posts, y'all know I'm a Reuben kinda guy. I do so love corned beef with sauerkraut and fixens. I normally just ask for a Reuben but today, I noted the number of my selection on the menu board. After placing an order for me lovely bride, my dyslexia apparently kicked in as I ordered a #11. As I opened the sandwich I noted, with some degree of contempt, that it wasn't my favored choice. As I bolted towards the service counter I once again noted the number of my selection. To my chagrin, I noted that the #11 I ordered was not the Reuben. My fault, my responsibility. Settling back I prepared for a disappointing lunch. Read moreArby's customer service/support is terrible. Placed an order through Arby's app. Picked up my order got home and realized it was not correct. Drove back to Arby's. I explained that my order was not correct. It was a food allergy issue. Was told that since I ordered through their app there wasn't anything they could do in the store. She then told me I would have to contact customer support to resolve this issue. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Customer support offered a make it right coupon through the mail. Said it would be 10 days. I asked what about my meals tonight? Said she would forward my concerns. So the store messed up my order. The app got it right. Yet it's the apps fault. Just be warned. Read moreWent to this location right as they were opening on the Saturday morning of 9-15-18. As we were walking up to the door a employee walked by the door and into the dinning area. We walked up to the counter and an employee who was in the kitchen looked at us and said nothing we stood there for a few moments and heard three other employees talking and the male employee decided he wanted to drop the F-bomb during their conversation. We could see the three employees through a tinted windows and they were just sitting there and not getting up to help me or the customer behind me.
