Big Deal Burger — Restaurant in Rock Springs

Absolutely horrible. Our food arrived so cold you could feel it through the wrapper, and looked as if it were left out for a few hours. The buns were dry and fell apart as soon as the burger was unwrapped. The fries looked like shriveled green beans in a baggie full of straight uncooked cooking oil. We were missing 3 of the over 8 dollar specialty fries. The drinks were flat also, no carbonation. Paid almost 100.00 this time. Will most likely not return to this location as we visited a few days ago in store and even inside we never received the potato casseroles we ordered with our 115.00 dollar meal. The food was really gross! It took forever to get the food, and when we got the food,  the fries were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, the buns on the burgers were soggy, and the meat in the hamburgers tasted really bad!
