Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rock Springs

Now this review may not be the case most times or may not have ever happened to you here .. I live in Las Vegas where customer service is a priority.. It don't matter if you're in a 5 star resort or a fast food restaurant... Customer satisfaction is top priority .. Now with that said at this Pizza Hut (most) not all of the employees would be without a job. Absolutely the rudest and don't give a damn bunch of employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.. A dine in customer shouldn't have to ask for refills the first time much less twice as i did.. The pizza was not Pizza Hut quality that I'm use too .. I understand it's a small town but it's still Pizza Hut. THIS PIZZA HUT WOULDN'T LAST BUT A FEW NIGHTS IN VEGAS.. I'LL be back in Rock Springs in a few weeks I'll eat here again I'll rate again according to the experience I have.. One last thing I was there with my daughter who is 7 years old even she said it...

We all know pizza hut is overpriced, however, my pregnant self was craving a taco pizza and this is the only place in town with taco pizza. I picked out my coupon, ordered my pizzas, and promptly sent my boyfriend to retrieve the food. Yes, I should have had him double check the pizza while he was there, but this is a business that should have their policies enforced. My taco pizza had no toppings on it. I called the restaurant to see what they could do to make it right, the girl who answered giggled at me and said she would ask. She then got back on the phone, after not putting me on hold where I could hear her laughing at my complaint, and said she could give me the toppings. My boyfriend went back and was given a small bowl of toppings and was told "sorry." I would expect to not be treated like I'm an idiot, when I never acted this way during my time working at Pizza Hut. Do better and don't be rude about messing...

Poor service. Food was ok. Waitress told me she couldn’t take our order because she didn’t have a pen so that took forever. None of the servers knew who’s food was what tables. We were brought pizza rollers I thought maybe they came with a meal so I took a bite then thought about it and realized they weren’t ours. Asked about them our waitress said she was going to check our ticket after she argued with me trying to tell me my husband ordered them with his pick two (I ordered for him and he got a pizza not a pick two). After the pizza rollers sat on our table with a bite out of them for 20 minutes the waitress came and grabbed them, said they were a different tables and took them to that table. DISGUSTING! Then the very very very young and inexperienced manager couldn’t even apologize about the experience! We will NEVER eat here again! Poor service! Poor management! Poor everything!
