Quiznos — Restaurant in Rock Springs

I love Quiznoz so I was excited to take my kids when I saw the sign. They are hard to find and my youngest had never been before the one close to our house closed years ago. The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE. The lady that took our order was RUDE and snotty and I just seemed determined to spread her misery. The tables were dirty and I felt so uncomfortable we took our food to go. My kinda enjoyed the food but ask 3 said they never want to stop there again because none of the employees smiled or seemed willing to answer 2 questions about the menu. Good help is hard to find but c'mon, there's no excuse for the behavior. I will say there was a young man at the end of the oven who at least didn't act like we were ruining his day...

Normally I would not put out a complaint because I normally love coming to this location will definitely not be back though I ordered the special of the day with no meat on it no big deal I've done it a to. If times before but the man and woman working both had a really rude attitude and I told them if you have to charge me for the veggie sandwich no biggie I just like the way the other one is made the lady that rung me up was extremely rude I was a manager of a different sandwich shop for ten years and I would be so embarrassed if this wa one of my employees!!!!! Will have to try jimmy John's from now...

Order a sub. This was a meatball marinara. All seemed fine till the cut it in half. They applied pressure which squeezed the majority of ingredients on the wrapper. I observed them cut it in half and gave a shocked expression and stated 'how am I to eat that in my car with it all over the wrapper?' Comment by cashier 'We will give extra napkins that'll be $11'. I reluctantly paid the sandwich when opened.... a disaster. Sauce everywhere. A true mess where the sub was smothered. For my first Quiznos, god I wish there was a subway instead. Ended going home and eating it with a fork as if it was...
