When we got there we waited far almost 10 minutes to even have our order taken. Then waited another 15-20 to even get our food. They also didnât have what we ordered and paid for made. They did compensate us with a different desert item however we really wanted the cherry turnover. The second turnover we did get. They forgot to give it to us and brought it out before we made it back up. They brought it out not warmed and when I asked them to, the dude I was dealing with seemed dead to the world monotone no smile the entire experience. Continuing forward we get our food and the wrapping is all sloppy and food is hanging half out of it, the double beef in cheddar barely had any cheese looked like a classic, and was drowning in red ranch. They gave me 7 jalapeño bites instead of 8. And the jaloapenios we added to the Ruben we got were not on there. I ordered on the app and my order was ready with the ASAP option. I was about ten minutes away. This location was steadily busy with the drive thru. I went inside to get my app order. I was greeted and asked for my order. While I was here I bought their 4 for $10 on the classic Arbyâs roast beef.
The Return of the Potato Cake.
Itâs a classic menu item that has been sorely missed. The advertisement mentions that itâs âlimitedâ and âwhile supplies lastâ. I hope they correct this. Please bring back the âsteakhouseâ onion rings too! The employees were busy and friendly. The food was good and hot too.
(Update) Iâm still concerned about using this location. I have noticed that there are cars in the drive thru now around the time I was told they were âclosedâ. Hopefully they have staff that will take the store to close at their posted hours.

If anyone else reading this is diabetic then they know the importance of not serving a sugar filled drink to someone who makes it clear they cannot have it (they were told I need diet and I asked for diet 2 times). Well, surprise, I had to deal with crazy high blood sugar all night. I called the next morning to speak to a manager and I was met with a manager who seemed annoyed she even had to take a call but after explaining the situation she was so unbothered and then got an attitude with me when pressed further. If it weren't for this manager I wouldn't give this review.
