McDonald's — Restaurant in Rock Township

My husband ordered online and went inside to pick up the order after 30 minutes he was texting me saying no one would come up to help him. He told me there was an order but it was for breakfast so he finally found someone and told them he had an order but they walked away before he could even finish his sentence. So I called the same store and asked them hey my husband is there for an order for Evan and they specifically told me there was not an order with that name. An hour or so goes by, and obviously my husband starts to submit a ticket for a refund and after that I told him he needs to go back inside and show them the receipt and proof “if somebody is willing to do their job” finally they do help him and someone told him oh is that the order FOR EVAN like two hours ago? So when I called they literally lied on the phone and refused to help him until he had proof we ordered and after submitting a ticket. That’s extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. Ordered dinner for my grandkids as a treat for their finishing the first day of school. Very rude taking order and no interest when paying for order. When giving me my order it was more of throwing at me than handing it to me. Her behavior triggered me to check order and sure enough it was short. I had to knock in window to get her attention, she opened window and said what do you want. I explained my order was short and just a roll of her eyes. No apology, no let me straighten this out, got my shorted items and she pretty much threw the bag at me. No sorry, no eye contact, just slammed the drive through window. She was the rudest young person I’ve ever encountered. Not that it matters, I try not to judge but she looked more like she was headed to a Marilyn Manson concert than an employee of McDonald’s. Gothic white and black makeup and no uniform. Against my better judgment I went here to grab something for my wife and daughter. Personally, I'd rather eat bark off a tree. I was greeted with the enthusiasm and courtesy of a toll booth attendant "What can I get ya?" I let it go and placed my order, two Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, one with lettuce, cheese and mayo and the other just cheese and mayo and two large fries. The employee at the first window accepted my money and returned my change without so much as a thank-you. My order was passed out window 2 after only a brief wait with a smile and polite thank you. I raced home and discovered both sandwiches were loaded with every condiment and side item available. 🤔 So in unbiased observation I will note that the exterior of the store and parking lot were clean and well kept.
