The food was excellent, 5 stars all the way. Cooked to perfection (so very hard not to get over cooked shrimp in the midwest). Service was sub par. Our waiter mumbled his name so were are even sure who he was. Where I understand the higher end order drinks, then appitiser... eat. Ther was far too much of a pause in attention from our waiter, so much so that another waiter and a busser asked if we'd been tended to. We opted out of dessert in a desire both not to wait for our server, and because the entrée was just too good not to eat the whole thing.
