Great customer service… TERRIBLE boba. The boba was so hard. Never had anything like it. I’m not upset that I spent $5.99 each for my wife and I, I’m mostly upset that if someone worked at a boba place, they should know when to recook the boba. It’s 5:50pm, and I know that boba was cooked this morning or last night. My wife and I took a couple sips each, and threw out both of them right after.

Waited over an HOUR to receive our teas with boba/ lychee and it was still not complete. Baristas had no idea on what to do or what their own menu entitled. Unethical to have customers, even if there’s 2, to be waiting over an hour for their order. Possibly having the tapioca pearls already made before opening should be considered.
