Minglewood — Local services in Rockford Township

Horrible, Lady in the store was so rude today. My friend and I came in and she came out from the back and said hi then went back to the back. Did not even offer to help. I found a cute pair of sunglasses and went to the back to find the worker because there was no price on them and she was sitting on her phone. When she got up she said “10 bucks why?” and I said “I was just wondering because there was no price tag” and she proceeds to say “oh you wanted to make sure they weren’t 40 bucks...so are you gonna buy them” I felt uncomfortable and disrespected and felt that she did not think I could afford them or did not think I would buy them, very rude and unprofessional, Will NOT be shopping...

Vistied the store earlier this afternoon with my business partner. We were greeted by a woman working who told us we needed to leave the store. Not sure if she was confused with our reason for being there or not, however before my business partner could even get a word out we were told to get the f* out of her store multiple times.

This was the worst customer service and treatment of a customer I have ever experienced. I am not sure if we caught her on a bad day or not but there is no excuse for how poorly we were treated. You can assure we will not be customers of this store nor refer anyone to this business ever.

Hideous clothes at ridiculous prices. The owner is about as useful as a worn out pair of dingy gym socks.
