I Came From A Ethnic Neighborhood Who Had Great Food As Well. I Must Say You Guys Are The Best In Rockford,IL For A Family Privately Own Resteraunts!!!! You Guys Are The Greatest Because I Love Da Catches Because Your Food Is Made Fresh To Eat,Prepare Right In Front Of Your Face As You Order Your Meal From Da Catches!!!! Not Like The Other Franchise Who Are Overly Priced Junk Food Places In City Of Rockford,IL. That Put GMO'S In Your Food.If You Don't Educate Yourself Online About Corporations Of Franchises By Reading Or Watching The Videos Online,You Wouldn't Know What They Put Into Our Foods We Eat from There!!!! All I Can Say Is I am Very Impressed With Da Catches There On The Quality Of Food I am Getting For The Amount That I am Spending!!!! The Customer Service is Fantastic Because You Are Greeted With A Nice Warm Smile & A Sweet Hello From The People Who Work There To Take Your Order To Eat!!!! The Prices Of Food & The Meal Deals Are relatively inexpensive For The Portion Sizes You Are Getting!!!! The food is some times good but the staff at the register is a mess. I went back and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt I placed an order over the phone and they gave me a completely different order then I went back again shame on me and each time I have shopped there they never tell you or me that is, don't forget your pop or a pop come with your order after they hand you your food I guess that's the cashiers tip. Also I ordered wings even in the New Year 2020 nothing has changed the grease is old and everyone I talk to is saying the same thing save your time and just go to JJ Fish on 7th Street you will not be disappointed that's what I do now this will be my last update because this will be my last time shopping they have no respect for the community as you can see around their store there is no life it look like a raggedy 1920 video game. Update- I tried them again and I ordered barbecue fries and chicken with the combo and I asked him to do tilapia instead of catfish they said that was fine they ended up giving me catfish and told me that I have to bring it back up there I told him it's after 9:00 pm then they said I ordered it at 6:00 I would have had to bring it back up there sooner. After I called them and told them they messed up and didn't even put barbecue sauce on the order and then had to call them back about the wrong type of fish. I ordered the half roasted chicken dinner & only got 2 pieces of chicken, a wing & a breast, as you can see. I work 3rd shift so I didn't realize that I didn't get 4 pieces of chicken until it was time for me to eat it at work they were closed by then so I called today to explain what happened I didn't get a receipt so I had to look up the charges on my credit card after I explained what happened asked if I could come get my other 2 pieces of chicken today with my new order they told me that I would have to bring the food back to show them but of course I don't still have the food because that was my lunch at work I told them that I did take a picture though but I still can't get my 2 pieces of chicken because it's their so called policy to bring the food back but I was unable to do that obviously so I don't get my chicken or money that's bad customer service I have no reason to lie about 2 pieces of chicken that I paid for but didn't get disappointed is an understatement I wouldn't give them no stars if I could it's not my fault that I didn't get all my chicken hell I didn't even want my money...
