Burger King — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Where do I start? Nobody in restaurant, nobody in drive thru and still waited 5 minutes to get my order taken and it was a mobile order. Then another 20 minutes for 24 nuggets, a cheeseburger, motz fries and a large french fry...only to get chicken fries, small french fry, missing half the nuggets, go inside to get my correct order, to be met with someone who looks new with NO supervision and only 3 ppl running the store in total. the new girl helped me and i told her i got chicken fries instead of motz fries and she said "those are chicken fries", obviously not understanding. Manager looks at the RECEIPT and it says motz fries, looks at the order and goes "those are chicken fries", and to give them back to me. i complained again. I finally get the rest of my order, only to drive off and hand out food to my 6 year old and 1 year old in the back seat. 6 year old is hungry after hockey practice, thankfully she only had one nugget because my wife pulls her burger out AND THERES ROTTEN MEAT ON THE WRAPPER! How do I know its rotten? You can smell the rancid on it as soon as you take it out. I took all the food away from kids and stuffed everything back in the bag. I was travelling an hour south of that location so no use in turning around as im on a tight schedule. For what? To get my order wrong and more rotten food?? I'd rather just chalk this up as the biggest $20 loss in food I have ever had. I have been here 3x, everytime the order is wrong. It takes 30 minutes to get out of there because they say they are short staffed, and this time I got rotten food on my wifes wrapper. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate, this place needs a huge training overhaul and 2-3 more employees and the staff needs to know how to clean better or at least recognize that theres rotting food on the wrappers before you wrap other peoples...

Came here with my family today after a doctors appointment. Went inside and as we were looking at the menu we were directed to use the kiosk instead of going up to the counter. Not a problem. We use the kiosk to place our order, go sit down, go back to the car to grab a seat for my daughter, sit back down again and wait for our food (which takes a long time considering there is no one else inside). As we’re waiting a man comes in and stands at the counter to order, he waits probably 5 minutes while being ignored before someone decides to tell him he needs to use the kiosk. He attempts to use the kiosk but needs help. The woman who is working tells him he needs to use the kiosk or go to the drive thru. He tries to communicate with her what he needs, she again tells him kiosk or drive thru. He leaves, I assumed to go somewhere else because the people here are rude and telling someone at the counter to use a kiosk when you’re right there is ridiculous. After we witness this our food is ready so I go to grab it and she informs me that the dining room is closed and we need to leave…. What? So we grab our stuff and go sit in the car to eat with our toddler. Get to the car, we’re missing a drink and some of our food. As my husband is waiting for what they forgot to give us he witnesses the man come back into the dining room to eat the food he was told he had to purchase at the drive thru if he couldn’t use the kiosk, the woman also tells him the dining room is closed and he needs to leave. Are you kidding me? If the dining room is closed then lock the doors. This experience was ridiculous and I wish I would have looked at the reviews and just gone to...

I first visited this location on Wednesday, December 9. Had a good experience. So on my way home Friday, December 11 after a long day of working in the rain , I thought wow it was so good the other day I will stop for dinner on my way home. What a mistake. I pulled up to the order speaker the lady asked me my name for the order. I proceeded to give her my order and pulled up to the first window where they take your cash or card and the young kid working the window was lost he just gave me a blank stare and said what was your order so I told him my order and gave him my card and made the transaction. I Pulled to the second window to get my food and the girl asked me what the order was so I told her. She handed my food out the window I got all the way home and realized I had the wrong food. I got very upset so I took the food backI thought what was the point of taking my name for the order when they are not going to confirm it at the window. Anyway I went back and got the right food after I had to pull up and wait for it. I didn’t even get an apology The burger was OK but the fries were terrible. I will never visit this...
