I was pleasantly greeted upon my arrival by Keith at the front desk. I wish every hotel I travel to for work had someone as pleasant and helpful as Keith. He was outstanding and made the start of my visit very well. He went over the room, the incidentals at the hotel and gave me some ideas of where I could go for dinner pulled out a map Showed me directly where to go was fantastic. My room is a queen size bed. There is a couch, a work area in the little kitchenette. I will have to say the hallway from the elevator to the room could use some TLC. The carpet is pretty stained and could use a nice cleaning. My room is overall clean. I noticed the toilet seat has some touchup paint on it and so does the tile there’s a big chunk out of the tile in the kitchen area that has touchup paint over it. so just a little time and effort to fix those things properly would be nice other than that. It’s in a good location right off of I 90 and their service stations restaurant stores. It’s a very good area. Updating with breakfast area. The selection was normal, however there are gnats and bugs all over. Lastly, you cannot control the room temp, it was set on 68 but it was 76 in the room from the time I arrived until the time I left it was so hot during the night so they must have controls for all the rooms elsewhere, which is very disappointing.

Date booked: 2/4 - 2/5/23 Room - 2 Queen Bed Studio Pros: + Decent sized room + Kitchen includes plates and silverware + New construction, everything was in good shape + Quiet heating and cooling (standard wall mounted A/C), thermostat on wall by bathroom + Location right off I-90, but no road noise Cons: - Breakfast has limited options - Good sized pool, but no hot tub - Limited seating options for a "suite" - only one normal chair Overall thoughts: If I could give a 4.5 rating I would. This hotel is a great value for the size room you get. This is the first time I stayed at a Home2 Suites, and I really like the furniture choices, like how they have a rolling table that could be pulled out to act as a dining table (too bad there is only one normal chair!). The breakfast was the only slightly disappointing part (only premade sandwiches, no scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes options) and it would have been really nice if there would have been a hot tub, but I'm nitpicking at this point. One thing I noticed is that the curtain that you can use to separate the living from sleeping is not great at light blocking, so if you're trying to sleep and you have someone in the living room area with the lights on, it will definitely be bright.

Very nice (despite rude neighbors who blasted their TV at 3am)! Beautiful suite with privacy curtain divider. Pull out couch was plenty comfy, although not at pleasant as the bed. Full sized fridge, freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher -- the latter for the plates, bowls and silverware provided. You can also get a cooktop. Huge shower and friendly, efficient staff. We didn't use the exercise facility or pool, but both looked great. Breakfast was much more than the standard continental fare. Money well spent!

We stayed here from a Thursday to Monday and had an excellent stay! We had previously stayed at a Home2 in another city and it was LOUD, really overrun with traveling baseball families & we could never use the pool. HOWEVER, this location was perfect!

Previous reviews mentioned the staff and I would also say they were great! When we arrived there was a big rainstorm that lasted many hours. The front desk attendant told us that one of the elevators had lost power / got stuck and although it was running again, it would be best to avoid that one. He was super caring and saw we had a young child with us so we liked that he didn’t brush off such a situation.

After we checked in, I received a text from the hotel letting us know that if we needed help or any supplies during our stay, we could text the number back. After a couple of days, they sent a check in text to see if we needed anything. We mentioned wanting to go to the pool when it was quiet, as our son has sensory challenges and swimming with other kids there would be hard. The front desk person who must monitor the text option let us know when the pool was open and we had a great hour swimming without any interruptions! The pool water was cool but also to be expected.

The room was clean, smelled fresh and had hand soap & hand lotion in wall dispensers in the bathroom. Huge win! The TV swivels from side to side which was a nice feature. We love how much counter & shelving space there is. We could really unpack and feel like we weren’t living out of suitcases.

The breakfast was great! My husband had a warm breakfast sandwich and waffle every day, while our son and I were able to bring items to toast and eat in the room.

The hotel was quiet, there was tons of parking available and we’d definitely...

This hotel was fantastic! Exactly what you’d expect from a Home2 Suites, and then some.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a 3-night sports weekend at Mercy Health Sportscore (which, by the way, is just a quick 5-minute drive away, so convenient!). The kitchenette was well-stocked, making it easy to settle in comfortably for our stay. Plus, the location is great....tons of restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby.

Even though the hotel was packed with sports families, it still felt calm, clean, and surprisingly quiet at night. The breakfast crew deserves a major shout-out: they were constantly restocking, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly. Truly impressive. I also noticed the cleaning staff doing a fantastic job; not only keeping our room fresh but also sanitizing and sweeping stairwells twice during our stay. That kind of attention to detail really stood out.

I also appreciated the well-staffed front desk-there always seemed to be at least two team members available, which meant short waits and quick help when needed (a rare find these days!). And extra points for the digital key actually working on all doors, including the exterior entrances - something that often doesn’t go as smoothly at other Hilton properties.

All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area, especially for sports events. Well done, Home2...
