Still new. There are a few strange things. They are very stingy with the extra thin towels if you need more than one per occupant.
Good luck figuring out the light switches. I think it's a main switch at the door then the other switch operates the two ceiling lights. A switch at the side table operates the lone ceiling light if the main switch is on. Lighting is not soothing. The bath vent fan did not operate at any time.
More hot water capacity is needed as over 4 nights I had only one hour shower with the rest being warmish. Very low water pressure as well. It will take a while to rinse soap off and longer if you wash your hair.
There is a constant smell of burning natural gas at the main entrance when the laundry is being done which is most of the time.
Window shades do a poor job eliminating exterior lighting and sunshine.
There are no ice machines available on site. 2 Ice trays in the freezer but no container to empty them into after filling and freezing.
Overall it was a good experience and better than other places in the area just don't expect much more than a room with large fridge, full size microwave...
Read moreeverything was good except for the nonstop 24/7, heavy stomping and running from the room above mine. It was so loud it felt like someone might fall through the ceiling. This went on from the time that I got into my room on the first day to the time I left and I did go to the front desk to address the issue. They told me they would give the room above a warning but they also told me to check back the next day with the situation. I didn’t even get to do so since I was out the next day from morning to the time they had the front desk locked up. Unfortunately, the noise not only continued but actually got worse that same day and evening. It was nonstop and extremely disruptive, making it hard to relax or sleep. It’s like the people above were dragging stuff around the room, running up and down all around the room, jumping on the floor to purposely aggravate us. It got to a point where I nearly went to the room myself to see what’s going on. I’ve never been through anything like this before at a hotel....
Read moreStayed here for two weeks. It had opened the week prior. Room was clean, hotel was clean. The problem is billing. Make sure you get a paid receipt when you check in. Paid our balance due when we checked in. One week later we get a call to our room saying we owe more. The manager did give us the special advertised outside. She did all the calculations, we made the payment, and we were told we were paid in full. Two days later we get another call saying we have another balance due. We protested this time and the manager did some recalculations and said we were good, the account was paid in full. Checked out on February 2.
