1 STAR - Terrible experience, spend your money elsewhere. Guiseppi's should be ashamed! I ordered a $30+ delivery pizza and it was nearly devoid of sauce! After a try, I peeled back the toppings, and there was almost no sauce (see the photo). We couldn't eat a virtually dry pizza, so I called to let em know there had been a mistake. After a hold, a woman told me it wouldn't happen again. I told her calmly and friendly I appreciate that, but it didn't solve my current problem. She put me back on hold then returned to tell me once more it wouldn't happen again. I explained I'd just spent $30+ on a problematic pizza and I'd send photos to show them. She put me on hold again, and a man, I think his name was Joey(?), got on the phone and before I could finish explaining, interrupted me saying it won't happen in the future. I explained how no one would find the pizza acceptable and I'd send photos. He said he didn't have time to look at photos, but he believed me and offered a coupon for half off our next order. I wanted dinner, so asked for a replacement (I live 15 blocks away) and offered to return the sauceless pizza. He said he was too busy to assist further. When I protested, again in an even manner, he reiterated in the future the problem wouldn't happen. I told him I understand, and he butted in and said "I don't think you do!" I asked him what we were supposed to do for dinner, he said to eat the pizza anyway. I reminded him I called because it was inedible, and he said he wasn't going to replace it. I asked if he was really going to just take my money and stiff me with food we couldn't eat. He said, "I'm busy" and hung up on me. Not only was the pizza made wrong, but the customer service was ridiculous, rude and the manager obviously didn't care. I'll never give my business to this rip-off restaurant again, and I'd urge anyone else to avoid it as well. With no guarantee of decent food nor any responsibility to correct problems, it's just risking money when plenty of other places hold themselves accountable.

When you open the door the aroma is filled with love, warmth, and freshness. Casey (the wait staff) is extremely polite attentive, and has an amazing sense of humor! The food and dessert is made fresh daily. If you like hot sauce, then you must try Giuseppe's! The spaghetti was AMAZING! Mrs. Margaret thank you for making the best vegetarian pizza and sausage pizza and wings! Giuseppe's makes you right at home. I'm definitely placing an order to take back home to Georgia!

Stopped in on my way home from Wisconsin after reading reviews. Pizza is fantastic. Fresh ingredients and a home made crust that was excellent. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was the small space. Was difficult to get in and out and limited seating in a small dining room. Not a negative though as the staff was friendly and we were able to be seated within minutes on a Friday evening around 7pm. Rockford residents have a great little gem in their backyard.

Here's the thing about Restaurants... they have an expectation. They ask a certain price for their food and when they get paid, they know exactly what to expect. My $50 Is the same as yours... whether it's new or wrinkled, torn, taped, swasssed and stinkled... it has a value of $50. They will never accept a $20 when expecting a $50... But this is what they do to us with their food. I EXPECT to get EXACTLY what I agreed to pay $50 for! With restaurants, Results are ALWAYS changing! 4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered from Giseppes, our pizza was either, skimpy on the sauce and dry, skimpy on the cheese, cheese and pizza was over cooked and dark brown and dry or the slices were cut like someone was drunk and playing the pizza version of pin the tail on the donkey. Then in the last couple of weeks, they started sending out skimpy thin crusts pizzas with zero flavor.

Follow how hard this is to understand... I order, 2 sides and... 2 XL pizzas, 1 topping, No Cut, No Brown... and NEVER, have gotten what I paid for, Not Once and I don't do "Remakes". I can't trust you to make the food correctly the first time, I can only imagine what you'll do to our food a second time after having to throw out the first. So Yesterday was my last order from Giseppe's. I started buying Giseppe's 8 months ago, once a week @ $50... because I stopped buying Anna's, because the Harlem St cook was a complete as$hole about a large order he messed up and his Ego got the best of him. He couldn't admit he was wrong and instead told me I wasn't needed as a customer, after 9 years. Because he forgot to make 2 pizzas. I need a life time pizza place, for as long as we...

My family loved going here. We’d come weekly. We ordered ahead and the waitress on the phone was very rude. We get to dine in experience and she was rude when asked to get us highchair and booster chair. Rolled her eyes and was very disrespectful. When she brings out the food the order is completely wrong. When we up and leave the first time we’re shouted for leaving the restaurant when the food is incorrect and we haven’t even touched it. We’re told we’re stealing food. We left it all on the table didn’t even touch it. We try to come back after it’s told to us that it will get fixed and when we sit down to the rest of the order it’s all wrong. 😑 will not be eating here again. When YOUR STAFF is rude and gets things wrong and then apologizing to us your customers who come regularly that we are stealing food for leaving when it’s NOT EVEN CORRECT. That’s on your staff not your customers. Then when we try again and you just up and tell them take the pizza and leave. We don’t want incorrect food. We wanted to come here more and now we won’t be coming at all. Don’t yell at your customers when you don’t train your staff to repeat orders back and then it still be wrong. She repeated it back to me twice on phone and STILL got the order wrong. The point of ordering ahead at dine in is my kids didn’t have to wait for the meal to be made by the time we got there. Your staff is extremely rude. Will not be eating here again. What a disappointment. And for the record every time I’ve come it’s always been a mixup my food order being wrong. This is not...
