Called in takeout order at 9:41pm to ask if they sell italian beef calzones. The cashier hollered back and asked came back on the phone and told me yes. I proceeded to order and asked how much additionally to add sausage. I was quoted a $2.00 additional charge for additional meat and also added american cheese as well. I confirmed my order with cashier of an Italian beef calzone add sausage and American cheese for additional price. Order total came to $7.92. I then received a call from cashier telling me that american cheese could not be added. I said ok. I drove to restaurant to pick up order added 2 cups nacho cheese to substitute no american in said calzone, paid for my order and also tip the cashier. I waited for order only to get home and find that I received a sausage and cheese stromboli. I immediately called back and received no answer, no voice mail but a message advising that the number was not in service after 3 to maybe 4 rings. After the 2nd bite and noticing no Italian beef I put the food back in bag & waited the next morning and called around 10am, still no answer. Finally around 12 in the afternoon I called in and spoke with cashier to tell him about my order. The cashier told me that my ticket did not say what I ordered and that the extra money I paid was for the sausage because the calzone only include bread and cheese. I explained to him what I ordered again. He said we don't provide refunds. I told him that all I want is what I ordered and paid for. He said well your receipt does not say that. I asked if he could speak with the cashier that worked last night and he told me that because I only added sausage it was nothing they could do. I expressed that he was wrong and that I would call the police. He said that I was pretty and that it was mediocre for that amount of money. He then said he would contact cashier and call me back because he is not going to argue with me. He then hung up. Couple hours later I called back and was told that the cashier was at school and would not be at work until 5pm. I then told cashier that I'll just take it as a loss. I'm definitely never ever going back. Something about not correcting my your mistake and taking people's money while in there neighborhood dies not sit right with me. The food is always good but they have false advertisement when it comes to the prices I order something that the sign said was 10.99 but it rings up 11.99 it not much different in the he price but I should have been charged the advertised price 🅿️ The girl tried to justify why the prices was different because they are under next management but from the guest point of view what does that have to do with me when you buy a store you get your advertised prices in order before the doors open to that business you can’t just charge people whatever when your advertised prices says one thing very unhappy.
