I just went through the drive through and this location was absolutely terrible. First, the person who took my order was having a private conversation with a coworker and I could hear her say something about hoping that she muted the microphone so I couldn't hear her, while I was in through process of placing my order! She clearly wasn't really listening to what I was ordering because I ordered 3 boneless wings combos, but when I got the food home, I realized that all of the wings were bone-in! Also, after receiving the drinks, one of which was the wrong size and had ice in it after I asked for no ice, I was told to pull forward for my order. While I sat in my car waiting for my order, approximately 4 cars went by with their orders completed. I waited in my car for approximately 30 mins for the employees of this location to complete my order of 2 12 piece boneless wings combos and one 6 piece boneless wings combo, at least that's what I ordered. Once everyone who was behind me in the drive through was gone and I was the last customer at this establishment, 3 young female employees of this location came out together, one holding my order, she handed it to me after another of the trio pointed out my car, and then they went to a car together to apparently take their break together. When I got home, approximately 8-10 minutes after leaving this establishment, I attempted to call this location many times to speak with a manager and get my order possibly corrected or resolved somehow, but each time I called in, it rang about 3-5 times and then I'd get a message that said their mailbox is currently full and to try my call later. I know that this location was most definitely open when I attempted to reach them by phone because I had just left not too long ago and I saw that they're open until midnight. I most definitely called before midnight. Now, aside from everything I just said thus far, the two times I have visited this location, a few days ago and tonight, I was met with a disrespectful and rude attitude along with horrible customer service. Anyone who knows me can tell you that I am a really kind and understanding, especially when I interact with people who are rendering some kind of service to me. I always understand that it's important to be kind and gracious towards the people who are often mistreated by customers in the workplace. I have zero tolerance or patience for anyone who is upset with me because my presence means that they have to do work. I understand that people make mistakes and mistakes can be corrected, but if they don't care to correct the mistake, then they're the problem. Not impressed...

The fact that I let my son order his food at 8:02pm and 20min later I walk up and ask them like what is taking so long, and the boy told me that it takes time but he didn't take my order so it's was not his problem and walked outside. Then I noticed that both mangers was out side talking and chilling! Then one lady noticed me and my son and said why are they still waiting and started my son's order after everyone was just looking stupid like we haven't been sitting for 30mins. I watched one lady take a biscuit out of one order that was for a door dash order and put it in someone's order at the drive through. That is where I asked for myoney back! Then everyone walks off and say o I can't do a refund! O yo mangers can that's been chilling in the parking lot since I pulled up. Sad part is that I don't eat Popeyes but I kid wanted it. This place needs to clean house and get people that actually cares about the customer. But looking at the reviews, it will not happen cause who ever is over this location is ok with it, witch means they house looks and is ran like this location. Just nasty 🤢! Read moreI arrived at Popeyes ordered three dinners through the drive-through got all the way home and only had two of my dinners so I had to turn around and go back to the restaurant which is approximately 10 minutes from my home and I walk in with the food, the first employee says oh shit and I look and say where is the manager? I need the manager right now because I’ve ordered this food and my order was not complete so as I’m speaking to the manager, one of the employees is going Just kind of mocking and just being disrespectful on so many levels I did not have a good experience with that so they refunded my money. I just thought that the unprofessionalism was at an all-time high. They have a lot of young kids working in there that have no regard for their elders or no respect. What a horrible experience I will not be returning to that Popeyes because they are so disrespectful the food was missing and I am not happy about that. Secondly, when I arrived at the restaurant, the second time they charged me for an extra mashed potato, which I did not order.
