This was probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever had experience with and I will go very in depth on the reason why, so that when they see this, they start doing better
I ordered off door dash, the first time I placed my order I made a mistake and sent it to my friends house. I can admit, that was my bad.
However, I replaced the order. But when I received it I had a completely different order. Nothing in the bags was something on my receipt.
After THEY messed up my order I placed my order a 3rd and final time, I went through at least 5 different doordashers who reported the employees cussing at them and being rude in regards to my order.
On my 6th or 7th doordasher, I was in contact with a dasher named Phil. He was my saving grace through this whole situation. He went up to the window and called me on the phone so I could communicate with the person through the window.
They lied and proceeded to tell me they made my order 5 or 6 times when I only placed it 3 times, making that not possible. Yet I had gone through VARIOUS doordashers that reported back to me, dropping my order, because of how rude these employees were to them.
By the end of it I didn’t even want my food, I just wanted these doordashers to stop getting insulted.
I understand not wanting to be at work New Year’s Day, but these people were just trying to do their jobs and make money just like you. In the future, please try to be patient.

Read moreI returned because I had a previous problem with my food quality being poor. I called and the manager told me to come back in to replace my meal. I was told to just mention her name, and they would take care of the replacement. I pulled up to the drive thru and had trouble remembering the managers name, it was written down on my fridge at home. I knew it started with an "A". They wouldn't accept that. They said there was no manager with a name beginning with "A" ,so I called home to get the name. In fact it did begin with "A". I then began to tell them my replacement order, and I was ridiculed because I mentioned an item that was only available as of the day before. How was I supposed to remember my order for a family of 4 from 2 weeks ago. They were totally rude about it. And when I eventually got my replacement meal, it was barely warm, sloppy, and tasted horrible. I'm writing this review because I think there should be a different system for replacement meals. It should be recorded so the person doesn't get ridiculed for saying the wrong thing. And it should be ensured and checked by the manager to guarantee that it's better this time. I used to go to this location because I appreciated the manners of the employees. It seemed like they only hired top notch people that were respectful. I told everyone about this. But, this visit changed everything for me. I will not go back. And, I will make sure to tell those same people I bragged to, about this experience....
Read morethe girl named nanette c (according to the receipt) here is a nightmare. she's so rude and weirdly... like... protective? over the spicy ranch. literally the only time i ever get anything that gets spicy ranch with it she gets weirdly defensive. rolled chicken tacos? she gets weird about the spicy ranch to dip them in and INSISTS that it ONLY comes with nacho cheese, miss girl literally charged me for the spicy ranch. spicy potato soft taco? good luck getting the spicy ranch on it because any time she's working i just recieve a regular potato soft taco. and she's MEAN. like zero customer service skills from this woman. idk if it's those pesky long term anger issues caused by lead poisoning that gen Xers have or if she's just a generally miserable person, but honey go work in a warehouse if you hate customers. better yet, just anywhere that doesn’t have spicy ranch available since you have some weird...
