Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I placed a order for a 18" double dough pizza and asked them if they can make 1/3 of it VEGGIES and the rest pepperoni and they said yes. They said it would be ready in 30min so I got there in 30min they said it wasn't ready yet so I went back to the car and like 10 min later went back to check and they said 7-8 more minutes so this time I payed and asked the lady to make sure it was 1/3 veggies and rest pep.. and she said YES!! "That it was hard to do but they made it how I wanted" and I waited the 8min and the same lady went to the back and saw how the cook cut it and placed it on box and handed it to her and after waiting 50min I didn't bother checking myself if It was done right, so after I got home and opened it i saw it was half pep and half veggies I was soo mad because my kids and my self don't like veggies on our pizza and only my wife does and now we had a $28 pizza made wrong I was so mad for the fact that they dont know what 1/3 of a pizza is and the fact that the worker had told me herself that yes it was done my way and she saw the pizza come out of the oven and she just handed it to me without even saying "it looks like it was made half and half, its that okay or no" but...

I would have given them 4 stars, because I do really enjoy the food. The wings especially. (Although just a heads up don't order the grilled chicken salad, the chicken was not only dry but very bitter and tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Other than that I've enjoyed all I've ordered) But that's really not even what I'm upset about, that being a previous order an all. Here's my what really pissed me off!! I understand working with the public, let alone it being a food industry can quickly bring a person to their breaking point, and keeping you're composure is beyond difficult! (To put it very mildly) But! With all that being said, my absolute biggest pet peeve when ordering food for delivery is when their customer service can't help but give you nothing but blatant unprovoked attitude without a single reason given for it! Yet, despite how pissed off I was, I still was politely apologetic for any inconvenience my order may have caused, and showed absolutely no sign of my anger or frustration!! But still, I was rudely hung up on and she would not let me put the tip on with damn bill, as I usually would making...

This new Rosati's location has very helpful and friendly staff. We did not eat at Rosati's, however they were able to take a group catering order for our sports team by phone and repeat it back precisely. The staff was then able to fill our dinner order, which served a group of about 50 people, with 2-3 days notice and they had our order ready for pickup on time at the restaurant (although they also deliver I'm told), and included place settings for us. Mostaccioli, Chicken Parm, and Cheese Ravioli, with a tray of salad and an order bread sticks, for $5 per person. What a very pleasant and affordable experience!
