Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rockford Township

So I don't mind paying new prices cool but why TF did I pay $4.49 for a 5 layer beef burrito that literally had just that?? It has nothing but meat and sour cream... Didnt ask for it special or nothing... Isn't much to ask for the ingredients that normally come on it..we stop here often after work cuz it's the only place open beside McDonald's and it's usually good, but I am beyond disappointed. And I say this because they are always nice, good customer service I've even tipped them (mind you they were very confused) I'm a bartender so giving extra money means extra love! NOT that I want anything extra or free.. just the normal food orders.. just disappointed. I took my insulin ready to eat and it just looked horrible absolutely nothing in it... I didn't even eat it what was the point.. I wanna call and complain but what's the point... Maybe free taco??!? Id say just check your food before you leave which sucks because people check to make sure it's all in there but I didn't actually open everything individually. Think I'll just go home after work and make a cold sandwich at this point at least I know I'm getting what I paid for... Okay sorry for the rank! I work in the mall and I came here today for lunch because it’s cheaper than the one in the mall I ordered on the app. Normally I don’t have complaints about Places or service and I know the reviews on here were mostly good but despite that I had a terrible experience today with one of the staff members. I got up to the speaker and she said can I help you she didn’t even say how are you doing today welcome to Taco Bell none of that. So I told her I had an order in the app and I got up to the window and she opens the window and she hands me my drink doesn’t even say hi or anything. Then I get my food and I was very polite and I just said this isn’t right. She rudely said well what’s not right about it she sounded irritated I told her I had gotten a customized five dollar box and told her what was in it she told me maybe I overlooked what was in the bag I told her no I did not. So they made me the correct order and she basically threw it at me and said have a nice day fast as hell. She was a white girl with freckles and a piercing on her lip I do not know her name but she was rude. This is why I hate Rockford restaurants everyone is so rude and trashy. I should’ve went to the one in the mall regardless of how expensive it was I will not be coming back...

I don't like to say bad things about other people or places but my husband and I came in for dine in breakfast and although the person at the register was very polite and friendly the breakfast was very underwhelming. I remember getting a breakfast crunchwrap before on more than one occasion and it was good. But this time I ordered the sausage crunch wrap again and I didn't get any sausage but a few crumbles. Whatever happened to the sausage patty that went on it?. If I wanted a meatless Breakfast I would have said no meat please or I would have gone to somewhere better and got a meatless breakfast. I wish I took photos because it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures I was literally searching for the meat. And I jokingly told my husband oh look I found a meat crumble. Won't be coming here for breakfast again unless they bring the meat back in...
