I always eat here when I'm at the mall. Their food was always great up to my most recent visit on 2/29/2020. I ordered the teriyacki chicken with rice, one egg role, and a soda. After I received my food, I walked across the food court, sat down with my family, and began to eat.
The first thing I took a bite out of was the egg role. The egg role wasn't hot or even warm. It was room temperature. I ended up throwing it out as I was concerned about it getting me sick since I suspected it had been sitting out for sometime before being served to me.
The teriyacki chicken and vegestables were good, however the rice I was served was luke warm at best. Ultimately, I was disappointed that my overall meal experience wasn't of the same quality that I had experienced here in the past.
I will most likely be back again to give them another chance, but if another negative experience like this happens again, it will be...
Read moreSo I have gone to Kobe’s for years in the mall I literally go to the mall just to get their food sometimes and my girlfriend and I had gone there today cause it’s been a long time since we have. I ordered the sesame chicken like I always have and when I got my plate I could already see it looked different the sauce and rice both looked different but I took a bite dispute my hesitation of it’s looks and it was disgusting the rice the chicken the sauce all was absolutely horrible. I had spent $25 on the meal and I felt it would be ok to trade it in for a different order and the cashier wanted me to repay for the new meal and argued with me but the cook had made it anyway and replace it and I was grateful and thanked him but just as I walk away he gets screamed at In Japanese. The food is terrible the customer service even worse so not go here. I am so disappointed in how this restaurant has become and I had...
Read moreI would of gave 5 stars because the food is good. However lately the people who is putting the rice and the vegi; the food quality is far less then what it used to be. I know it’s $6.29. They can at least give out little bit more rice and vegi. They don’t have to hold out and give customers little bit more of them if they ask. Yes for more meat okey that’s fine but rice... but a $1 more for more chicken when they already give out little bit. Maybe $0.50 would be more worth it for consumers. The amount of food that was received, if they went back to the price when they first opened $5.99 would be fine as as well. Especially with any kind of business the best way is to have customers feel happy for what they receive. Happy both ways way in and way out. Then they can have a great experience.
Fix this issue and don’t hold out on food please and...
