Marie's Pizza On Charles delivered the only Italian beef sandwich I've not been able to eat. Literally I can't swallow the 1st bite.

Instead of making it right the man on the phone said they can't do anything for me. So I paid top dollar for a sandwich that tastes like spicy old rubbery beef. It's gross. The cheese is hard so they let it get cold while the pizza finished. They didn't even send aujus. I recommend them a lot at work. I've given them my business for years. It's sad that I can't order their pizza ever again because they can't make a simple order right for me. Now it is the priniciple of whom I give my money to.

I am not asking for anything but the dinner I craved. Instead of offering pizza, pasta or another sandwich they are telling me to deal with it... Sorry we have your money and do not care if you can't eat it.

Maria's has good tasting pizza but they seem to have forgotten they are a service orientated business. Providing customers with a good product is just as important as the service to the customer. I ordered a pizza for pickup with the instructions that the crust be well done and the pizza be pie cut. I arrived and they place my order on the counter but before I paid, I opened the box to make sure it was correct. It was not pie cut as instructed. When I informed them about the problem, he said he would, "Take a couple of bucks off the price." I informed him that I gave simple instructions about my order. He just passed it off as if it was nothing... Maria's Pizza is doing so well, they can just throw away customers. MARIA'S PIZZA, YOU DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS. It's not like you are the only game in...

My wife placed an order for pick up so I can grab it on the way home from work. It was our first time trying them out. When I came in they let me know that due to how busy they were that they accidentally let my order get a little too well done and they're remaking it for me. I was happy that they were ensuring I got the best quality they could provide. When the order was done they gave me the originals that were well done and said hey these are yours. So got double the pizzas. The place was clean and tidy and they offered me their own chair so I can wait. They were friendly and I love how the owner is multilingual so he can provide better service. 10/10 would go...
